I have had my Body Fat Percentage taken many times and I take other people's BF %'s almost daily as I am currently a personal trainer. I honestly dont think its possible for you to have a body fat % as high as 69%(I should say its not impossible, just not probable). I have a client who weighs about 340 lbs and is very out of shape and his BF% is only around 40%ish.
It sounds to me like you may have started with 68.9 pounds of body fat not a body fat of 68.9% and then worked your way down to having 32.3 pounds of body fat rather than having a body fat of 32.3%. If you started at 268lbs with 68.9 lbs of body fat that would mean that you started with about 200 lbs of lean muscle tissue. This would make your body fat % around 25% not 68.9% which is near impossible if you are dedicated to lifting weights. Does this make sense? I think you mean lbs of fat vs. body fat percentage and that is why everyone is confused. I could be wrong but this sounds like a more resonable explanation for what you are saying.
