My advice to anybody doing anabolics would be to train cardio much harder ON anabolics than while your off. The reason being is juice is bad on your cardiovascular system it raises bad cholesterol and lowers good. Also while our on your body carries more blood (explains the constant pump) so your heart needs to be stronger to pump that blood. Have you ever seen a guy juiced that doesnt do cardio, hes gasping for air like he wont get another chance to breath again in his life. Thats why his heart is pumping all this blood to his muscles for more endurence strength and stamina, but it isnt srtong enough thats why you run out of air. So to anwser your question do more cardo while on i would reccommend at least 20 min a day or medium high intensity that would be the bare minimum. For even better gains in just lean muscle mass i would recommend 30 min a day and eat every hour on the hour.
