Everyone so far has told you to do the real thing but seeing that you already have the 1AD and are planning to use it, go with a clean bulk.
What are your stats?weight? height? etc.
Your diet, macros, etc should be based on that info so we can't really tell you how many calories or a macros you should be getting in daily until you provide more info.
I've ran cycles of 1ad in the past and its best to stack it with 4ad if you have it for better size gains. 1AD alone doesnt aromatize so no need for a AI or SERM in my opinion. If you don't know about PCT read up on it. 6oXo is out dated & you're better using an ATD product like Rebound for PCT. Your PCT should be the same length of time as your cycle of 1AD.
How long will your cycle be and what dosage do you have planned out?
