well i heard that not all fat beneath the nipples is gyno it may be only an extra fat tissue or bad fat deposition how can i diffrentiat knowing that i have that fat beneath my nipples ( more in the left side) i have never took any steroids before i am of good muscle size i donno what is my body fat % but iam not fat and in good shape

the second question .. does armidex during cycle reduce gains and to what extent

third ( sorry i know thats much but really need help) is it better to use creatine on cycle or post cycle?

hey man.. well first off around 60% of boys are born with gyno.. its not the same as the gyno that you would get with roids but it still is excess estrogen from the mother.. real gyno is really hard.. it almost feels like a hard ball of gum... could u possibly post a pic? if you dont want to id understand.. and also that fat is the last to go on the body.. its very stubborn.. but if u just feel that is fat then you will just have to diet down and it will go down.. be patient.. as far as arimidex.. no it will no reduce your cycle progress.. its not like nolvadex.. .. oh and creatine is shit.. dont use it lol

thanx for the info .. no i have no problem to post a pic but it is hardly noticed on nature it appears as a puffy nipple so a pic wont be of a great importance but i will post one as soon as i get it

sorry but can you please explane why is creatine a shit?

well brother.. where does creatine come from????? red meat right... so if your a bodybuilder your always consuming red meat i would suppose... i mean im not totally against the product but its way overblown if you ask me.. sure it makes you gain weight.. but what kind of weight? pure water.. yes you might be stronger with the extra mass. but still i rather just eat olives, red meat and drink tons of water.. just my personal preference thats all.. and especially if you are goin to cycle.. you should be more concerned with your post cycle before anything... get the right stuff for your own test to kick back in.. but if i were to have to choose an answer to your question.. id say it would be best to take creatine after your cycle.. your liver will be working hard as it is on juice.. but the creatine might help keep your gains and bounce back faster.. hope this helps.. :Banane33:
