well brother.. where does creatine come from????? red meat right... so if your a bodybuilder your always consuming red meat i would suppose... i mean im not totally against the product but its way overblown if you ask me.. sure it makes you gain weight.. but what kind of weight? pure water.. yes you might be stronger with the extra mass. but still i rather just eat olives, red meat and drink tons of water.. just my personal preference thats all.. and especially if you are goin to cycle.. you should be more concerned with your post cycle before anything... get the right stuff for your own test to kick back in.. but if i were to have to choose an answer to your question.. id say it would be best to take creatine after your cycle.. your liver will be working hard as it is on juice.. but the creatine might help keep your gains and bounce back faster.. hope this helps.. :Banane33:[/quote]
