As a rule of thumb, before you take any new
substance/supplement, I suggest you try finding positive results from a "Double-Blind Placebo study" that say the substance is effective at whatever it is claiming to increase/decrease or accomplish.
For Andro, this would mean strength and muscle gains not just an increase in Plasma T (or testosterone).
As a side note, After playing 4 years of Division 1 college sports, and living 5 to 6 years with individuals who did the same, I have come to realize that hard work, dedication to your diet, your sport and to the weightroom can never be replaced by any supplement. We lived with a guy who was 6'2", 230, 5-8% bodyfat, incredible physique, Inside Linebacker, Pac-10 player of the week several times, Squatted 500, benched 405. He rarely touched anything but a multi-vitamin and an occasional whey protein drink but who worked harder in the weightroom and on his diet than anyone Ive ever seen.
