Hey, i lost some size after i came off the gear due to an injury which didn't let me train much.

I've also gained a bit of a belly.

I'm looking to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat.

My diet is excellent.

Just need to start training hard again.

I was thinking of Winstrol and Test Prop.

Test prop 600mg per week + Winstrol Oral.

I'm unsure of the best dose to take on winstrol tablets (how many mg?)

And how long do i stay on winny for?

What can i expect on winny?

what was the injury? winny is not the best choice especially considering you have high bodyfat and that winny can cause some joint issues, consider anavar its a better option. what is your cycle history? also remember prop injections are eod.

get under 10% before using winni or just throw your money away. you dont want to stay on orals 2 long. id say no longer then 6 weeks. what are the dose on the pills. 50mg to 60mg should be good base

Hmm i can't get anavar, i can only get winny at the moment.

I want to harden up, i want the veinie hard look.

I want to build muscle at the same time as hardening up.

The only fat i have is my gut.

The injury was a shoulder cork. Could barely move my arm at all.
