I want to say thanks right off the bat for everyones help! Iv been a hidden reader of the site and finally decided to join.

This will tech be my 3rd cyle if you count the first 2 and im wondering what the experts would recommend for me.

Im 22, 6' 2" 198lbs with id say these days about 10% bodyfat. Im looking for a cycle with little water retention and gyno side effects (or manageable sides) I have a job where my shirt is off everyday so most water ret and gyno would be reconized by co-workers. I have a clean diet, workout a minimmum of 5 days a week and train really hard. My main problem is that frankly, Im a little scared to start a test cycle but i know Im ready for it. I just need to keep away from the noticable sides (bloating, gyno problems, etc.)

The first cycles I have done (if you call them cycles) were

6 week winstrol 50ml EOD and
10 week EQ 400mg/weekly with an hcg and nolva PCT

As you can see Im fairly new this. And I have never dont any test. My goal is gain at least 15lbs with the least water retention and gyno problems as possible. Here were a couple of thoughts I was thinking about. ANY help or other ideas would be GREAT! Cost does matter these days so i want to try to keep it cheap but i can get just bout anything.

Test P 100mg EOD/ Tren E 200mg weekly for 10 weeks
(prob lil to advancded for me) ???

Test P 100mg EOD/ nandrolone deca 300mg weekly for 10 weeks

Test P 100mg/ EQ 400mg weekly cycle for 10 weeks

(these are just thoughts of what i was thinking. any other suggests would be appreciated)

I already have HCG and clomid for PCT and am also wondering if should add maybe proviron, amirdex, etc during cycle to keep sides to minimum?

Any suggestions/help would be great thanks!

If you dont want water then stay away from deca.... Who cares if they notice water rentention anyway.

Testp 150mg eod 1-12
TrenA 75-100mg EOD 2-12
Exemastane 12.5mg eod as needed
HCG 150iu E3d'd

PCT 1 week after last pin

50mg clomid 4 weeks
Nolvadex 40,40,20,20(per day, for 4 weeks)

Diet needs to be perfect, and keep it clean if your not wanting water rentention. If you eat crappy it will show.

Two questions on that...

1. The only HCG amps i can get only come in 1500iu amps. How would i keep it in good form after mixing?

2. What is Exemastane? same thing as aromasin?

Thanks for your help medic! but apparently I cant get my hands on aromasin.. anything similar with the same effects that would be a decent replacement through the cycle?

You can even substitute the Tren for NPP if your only goals are to gain 15lbs. May be less harsh on ya.

Clomid by itself will be enough for your first cycle. I'd throw in Nolva if your stacking substances though.
