T3 and sweling of throat

day two of T3 and since the first night on, I notice my throat start to swell up. Has this happen to anyone else? how should I go about treating it?

Lol I love the "your moms friend". Im no dr but it sounds like some kind of allergic response? If thats the case a good histamine blocker such as benadryl would probably do it. You already lnow what to do if it gets serious so give it a shot

Its (most likely) your thyroid responding to the exogenous T3 that you're taking. You should go to a doctor dude, a goiter isn't real great for you. Usually goiter is treated with iodine, because they can form from an iodine deficiency, but it can also form even with normal levels of iodine. So definitely go talk to your doctor Prime.

P.S. My mom wants her money back.

as of today the swelling has went down but not completely I havent taken any medications, but have some on hand I got a nurse on staff that loves to take care of me haha. If she ant help me then Ill go to the doctor's friday see whats going on.

I think T3 is a bad idea in your case. U may have problems with thyroid gland.

He doesn't HAVE pre existing problems, his thyroid is swelling up because he introducing exogenous hormone to it.

im about done with the t3
i got up to 80mcg, the swelling would come and go, the first day was tough but Im here.

yeah, but I thought I was just getting sick, because ive gotten sick where my throat swells up. But from when I remember I was on t3 when it swells up. its only the first day when I up the dose, nothing I cant tolerate
