Yo Dudes; Here is is the much anticipated Fall cycle. this will take me into next year and ski season.

3rd Cycle (12 weeks long)

Week 1: 50mg Test Prop ED Tren A 25mg ED
Weeks 2-12: 150mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 2-12: HCG 200 i.u.s 2 x per wk
Weeks 2-7: 100mg Tren Ace EOD (will bump the dosage up to 50mg ED after first week)
Weeks 8-12: 100mg EOD Masteron
.5mg adex eod



Current Stats

Mass: 205lbs w/ approximately 14% bf
Strength: 185lbs Bench, 245lbsx10Squat, ~225lbs Deadlift

Goals
Gain 10 pounds of Solid Muscle (15lbs total)
add size to quads, calves, delts & traps
Strength Gains: 10-15% of 1RM
Fat Loss: 2%
Cardio 40-60 mins EOD

Diet

4,000-4,200 calories ED (currently maintaining on about 3,200-3,500 ED)

Planning to do carb cycling 3 days low 4 days normal

Training



Day 1: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
Day 2: Chest, tris, Forearms,
Day 3: Abs, Calves
Day 4: Back, Biceps, ,
Day 5: Shoulders, Traps, Calves
Day 6: Triceps, Forearms, Abs
Day 7: OFF


just finished 2 weeks of clen and T3 lost about 2 lbs and can see my abs again. Still a lot of fat around the waist & chest... Got the BF down from 15% to at least 14%, maybe less. I'll test it next week.

Sat am
50 mg test P

Friday workout abs and 60 mins cardio HR@ 125

Sat workout: Legs and 45 mins cardio

Injured my elbow flexors showing off at the jungle gym/ rings at the beach so just doing legs for the next week. Hoping that the test will help me recover quicker.

Had an awsesome ab workout on Friday pm and feel it today! Yeah - finally I'm digging down to the sweet spot! The place where I pinned the tren on Friday (Left tricep) is a tiny bit sore too - almost like DOMS but I know it is from the tren Didn't have the same reaction to just the test on Sat.
Overall - i feel great - maybe it's just the "Placebo effect" but I feel like I can feel the test starting to work already.

Not a fan of pinning in the arms but you go boiiiiiiii! Chest and arms scare me for some reason. But traps and calves I like.. doesn't make sense.

100mg test P
50mg trenA
1 1/2" pin in right quad, warmed the syringe in a glass of hot water to make the juice hot. No pain just wierd as hell twitching quads as I drove the pin in - LOL - I'm feeling very Hulkish these days...

Okay guys so I am doing 100/50 for the rest of the first week. My theory: front loading will help with my recovery on the arm injury. kind of suks to have any injury that needs to be "babied" while on gear, but that could be good too. After Friday I will go down to 50/33 ED.

Monday workout
Focus on Hammies
6 sets lying ham curls 6-15 reps wt 80-110lbs Lower reps w/ higher weight)
crunches 3 x 10 (to loosen up my back)
Adductor - 4 sets 10 x 80,90,100,110
Standing one leg ham curls 6 sets ea leg max weight
hyper extensions (with the pad low focusing on the hamms) 4 sets
lying DB Ham bench curl (saw this in a magazine - you put a db between your feet and curl your hams - very tough!)
10 x 15; 10 x 20

Got to figure out a resonable split that doesnot involve chest press or any pulling motions for the next 2 weeks.

Good luck mate , its tough at our age to get the BF% down and keep the full look but it can be done and i know if you stick to your diet it will happen for you .

thurs 100mg test on;y
fri -sat-sun 100mg test 50 mg tren


So I've been playing around with different things trying to make this cycle work for me. Had some problems with my willie being limp last week so laid off the tren for a day - then started up 250iu HCG 2 x a wk and proviron 50 mg ed. Also took a 5mg dose of Dostinex. Last cycle I was Mr. Stud with boners ed but this time it's been different. may be prolactin buildup. I am getting some prami in the next week - i'll try that. the dostinex is hella expensive.

The juice is def kicking in tho - I am feeling stronger and stronger at the gym. Major bummer atm is that I still have a torn/stressed tendon in my left elbow so am going REALLY light on any upper body stuff. Which really frustrates me 'cause I am feeling like I could really pound the weights atm. Joints are sore too - mostly knees - maybe that's cause I am doing so much lower body work and going heavier. Hate to be partially incapacitated while on gear (I like to make the most of these cycles and go balls to the wall) but $hit happens...

Other sides - definately sweating like a mofo - altho not so much at night as during the day. My resting heartrate is up to 97 for about 70 2 weeks ago - BP is totally normal. Also having WILD tren dreams, cotton mouth when i sleep and insomnia - all tren side effects. Had to take a nap today 'cause i was so tired (woke up at 4 am)

Sun workout
Squats 6 sets - finished w/ 2 sets of 8 x 255 (PR) only to parallel not a2g

machine squats
4 sets or 12 concentrating on the lower range from seated to 45degrees

leg extensions
6 sets worked up to 10 x 150 - felt great really hard for me - hoping to get some mass out of those - my quads need help. Any other suggestions for quads?

hack squats
6 sets 3 wide stance 3 close stance 2 plates ea side

That's it! Hope all this juice heals up my elbow fast!

weight gain in 10 days = 8 lbs.

Official Rest day

Just about every part of my body is sore ATM - mostly from the pins - i get a real deep DOMS feeling from the Prop/Tren injection. Can't imagine doing it EOD - those sites would be hella sore with twice the juice.
Knees too are sore - not at all like the DECA Test cycle where my joints felt awsome.

I know Tren can be painful.. can't imagine mixing it with Prop. You are a true champ to take that kind of pain!

Wow bro, nice gains so far! Thats impressive, that tren should have you strong as a bull. Just be careful with your joints. You will be fine, you know what your doing. Keep them gains comiing, I cant wait to see what your scale is reading in another week!

still on the program. Cut the tren down to reduce sides.
tren 33mg ed
prop 100 mg ed

Thurs
4 sets Box Squats (maxed out at 225 x 8)
6 sets Machine standing leg press
4 sets leg extensions (maxed out at 140 x 8)
4 sets Lying Ham curls (maxed out at 120 x10)
4 sets concentration curls x 10lbs (trying to rehab the joint by going light)
4 sets tri kickbacks20 x 10

Fri
5 sets trap machine shrugs
4 sets seated calf raises
4 sets standing calf raises
4 sets seated DB shoulder press(up to 45)
4 sets seated Military press (up to 135 x 8)
4 sets smith machine shrugs (forwards & backwards)
4 sets forearm wrist curls

I have to say my energy is really low these days - i am not sleeping too well and am going low on carbs. Maybe its the gear too. Feeling bloated too. weight is at 211 today.
Been doing 1 hr low intensity cardio every night to burn fat.

still keepin on. feel strong as a mofo atm so having some great workouts. The elbow is still sore as hell so maybe it was a tear in the tendon, not just a strain - who knows? Anyways I did a super light arm workout the other day and am paying for it now. ice pack on the elbow, etc.

I know alot of guys that have trouble sleeping on tren. Its like a nightmare where you lay in bed all night and sweat, wide awake. Try 1-2 milligrams of melatonin, thats stuff really works bro. I sleep like a drunken baby on that stuff but it doesnt knock me out or make it hard to wake up. Its amazing stuff.
How much glucosamine are you taking? Have you ever tried a glucosamine/chondroitin sp? mixture? I have good results from glucosamine but I heard good things about the two mixed together.
Anyways, nice work bro! Keep it up, ill be watching this thread for sure!

Reps for the great suggestion about melatonin - I'll try it! the bad sleep is getting old. man the seats are intense too - my wife was complaining how cold it was and i was lying on top of the sheets totally naked, wet! Finally had to get a towel to absorb some of the sweat!

I had to do that the other night! I layed some towels down because I was sweating soooo bad. It doesn't happen every night but 2 or 3 out of the week, and I'm not even on Tren, wierd eh. I need to moniter my BP and make sure everything is okay, it's been about a week since I've done that. Thanks for the reps big guy.

So this was a bit of a deviation, since I am trying not to aggrivate my (left) tennis elbow. The injury is 4 weeks old and I think I have another 2-4 weeks 'til it is recovered.

Nice diet perk. Looks pretty simple and easy to maintain. But dude, whats up with the SMITHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!. I would only recommend this pre contest man, I will guarantee the thickness of your back will explode using free weight BB. Lol sorry dude I'm a huge supporter of free weights and working them stabilizers.

i totally agree, but being my first day back doing anything close to a pulling movement, I wanted to be conservative. It was super easy tho - I felt like a monster - Hahahahaha - "Oh i could lift TWICE this weight! Bwahahahahaha"
