Summary:
Wed -
did great on the diet; 60 mins cardio; had an awesome bi & Tri workout. Not really huge numbers, but great pump and intensity. My arms
felt as big as he11....LOL
Thursday walked 4 miles; jogged 1.5 miles (90 mins cardio) did great on the diet til dinner; Ate too much turkey, stuffing and dessert!!!!for the cheat meal but did it in 45 mins. Then I snacked on sweets during clean up....:-( bad Dawg!)

Friday diet looks great all day ----had a 4 star quad/ calf workout - legs like jelly! hahahaha
