i decided to do my first cycle the only thing available was test e and test p so i bought 20ml of both can some one help guide me through dosages and let me know if i would be able to do both at the same time also traing and diet as i have trained natural for two years thank you so much my first comp is coming up in july

the veteran memebers of this board will probably tell you to train naturally longer and work on your diet.

you should have done more research if you dont know which test is you shold use. test p is no good for a first cycle bc you will have to pin eo day, and the injections are painfull. couple that with virgin muscle and you could have a problem. test e has a longer ester so you will will only have to pin twice a week and they should be relativly painless.

as for dosages
test e 250-500mgs pw for 10-12 weeks

your pct should start 2 weeks after your last injection
clomid 50mgs for 4 weeks- nolva 40mgs for 2 weeks-nolva 20mgs for 2 weeks

you might want to do some more research before jumping in head first imo

i understand what u are saying and i respect that starting off i was 118lbs and now i am at 178 and have not seen any gains in growth or strength in three months i eat between 4-4500 calories a day and rest well i have my pct i am just curious as i was told to mix both and take 500 mg a week total thank you for your advice

how do i make the best of it should i increase volume? i mean food intake goes without saying so i know i need more calories and water but im using only 12 sets for large bodyparts and for arms im using nine sets what do u think?
