It's that time again fellas. Last log was a huge success. Made very impressive gains in both strength and the image of my physique. Now it's time to turn it up a notch.
By request of fans of my previous log, I have decided to jot down my day to day training activities for this 9 week blast cycle of
Test Propionate only. Dosages will consist of 50mg ED weeks 1-2 then 100mg ED weeks 3-9. This log is for informational purposes only! Hopefully the results of this log will get the message to viewers out there that you can in fact get successful gains off Test only without having to stack 3 or 4
substances (granted you have proper training and diet as well).
Goals are to get between 200-220 by the end of this 9 week blast while keeping BF at or under 10%. The only thing different with my diet is I'm going to try and stick to leaner meats and cut out a little more junk than usual. Training routines will still be kept the same as last log (high volume routines).
Started first pin on Friday, 50mg into left delt using a 23G inch needle. Second pin was on Saturday 50mg into right delt using the same size needle. Third was yesterday 50mg into right calve same size needle, then this morning into my left calve same dosage & needle. I'm expecting to see and feel a noticeable difference by Friday of this week.
The pain in my delts was unbearable over the weekend. I could hardly get my own shirt on, and lifting was tough. The calve injections were virtually painless I love it. Tomorrow will be traps.
Here are my current natty maxes and I will compare these at the end of my log.
Weight: 180.9lbs. (recorded weight when these were taken last week, currently 177.8lbs)
Barbell Bench Press: 315lbs
Barbell Squat: 355lbs
Barbell Deadlift: 405lbs
Barbell Bicep Curl: 145lbs
Barbell Bent Over Rows: 245lbs
Barbell Military Press: 195lbs
