Stupid stupid decision for sure, so now I have to lay off the heavy weights for about a week until it's fully recovered. This means I won't be able to max out until around next week, which blows because my last shot was today. I know I've made progress in both weight and lifting stats but I would have liked to get exact numbers.
Well anyways here's today's workout.
BB Bench
20 x 135lbs
10 x 225lbs (this is where the pain was setting in)
4 x 275lbs (couldn't take it anymore, my elbow was shot)
So after this I decided I'll just go a little light on DB Incline..
10 x 70lbs
10 x 80lbs
9 x 90lbs (elbow was screaming by this point)
After that I sat on the bench for about 5 minutes to see if the pain would settle away and I'll just stick with light weights for the rest of the session but it didn't, and it's still in pain as we speak.
Now don't get your panties all tied up in a knot this happens everytime I arm wrestle and it goes away after a few days, but the guy seriously thought he could beat me because of his size so I had to show his ass what was up lol.

ah yea the ole arm wrestling pissing match,, live and learn buddie,, everytime i arm wrestled i would tweak my elbow and be fu,ked the next couple of days, at least you won
