Bro you dont have to make huge gains to be making gains, just push yourself and even if its one more rep or 10 more pounds your pushing its progress. IMO its the small gains over time that leads to big gains. My goal is just to PROGRESS.

Yeah my goal is to progress too but one of the main points of a cycle is to progress a little bit faster. I think the rest of my gains will just be pretty normal nothing serious. With short esters you make the most of your gains within the first 1-6 or 7 weeks.

You made some nice gains bro, im pretty sure its the type that you can hang on to as well. You know how some orals make you put on 20lbs in 3 weeks and you lose it in 2? You put on some good lean mass over time and im sure its gonna stick around. Its the kind of gains that carry you into your next cycle. Good work so far bro, very nice

So I'm sad to say that my diet the past couple weeks has been horrible. I've been so financially stressed out that it's been depressing/angering me so much lately. I should have planned this out better and put money on the side for this exact reason. But you can't ever know when your going to hit rock bottom it just happens. My diet went from 8 meals a day to 3 or 4 if I'm lucky because all my money has been going to bills, debt collectors, and my car that's about to fall apart pretty soon. The workouts are still good, but I can just feel the amount of energy I've lost over the past couple weeks. The weight hasn't progressed and neither has the mirror much. Just thought I'd keep you guys updated with whats going on so far.

i know how you feel on the money thing man i have been broke for the last few mounths no joke.

push through it you have already made a ton of progress. 4 meals isnt to bad it could be worse

oh i so feel your pain,, try keeping 3 vehicles in running order, seemed like every month for the last 6 i have had some kind of car repair issues, or just maintenance issues, cost me $780.00 yesterday for my daughters car, so yea if things dont change money wise i`ll be shaving my dogs and throwing them in the WOK for some stir fry,, lol..........

they say money can't buy happiness, but it sure makes life a lot easier. having to worry about money effects everything you do in life, i am in the same boat with the huge vet bill and money we don't have. makes it hard to go the the gym and really hit it good when that is all that is on your mind. keep pushing, hopefully things change for us all soon :)

Damn nice work out man! Looks like you may be turning this cycle into a cut at the end! Try to space out your meals even if the portions are smaller. Remember this economic slowdown is just temporary - next year will be better. Keep the faith!

btw what week are you into on your cycle? You got your PCT lined up?
