Chest yesterday. 150mg in right delt. BAD IDEA. Sh!it is swollen up like a golfball lol, I only had that much left in the vial so I said screw it and did the rest.

I want to do them but my shoulders are constantly sore from injects so placing the bar on them would be kind of hard. I just substitute Hacks for them to really target the Quads.

Yeah man it's tough but those are the only areas I can actually pin without it effecting much of my other workouts. Sometimes I have to skip out on legs cause my quads are sore, same with calves, and traps. I don't like the idea of pinning in the glute cause I'll have problems sitting lol, and arms, chest, and lats don't sound nice at all.
