I've been lurking several forums for quite some time. Finally registered with one that I like. My compliments, great people, great site!
After reading ProjectHatch92's log, and many others I finally ordered my stack, PCT, the whole deal.
I weighed in today at a weak 161lbs. Cut from 175 with all the rigorous military training I've done this past year.
Also went from 1RM of 135lbs(last year)........I know, booo me lol
to 185 today!!!

I want to push 205 here in the next 3 weeks. I never focused much on MAXing.
My cycle begins with 4 weeks of Spawn. Start with two capsules a day, then move on to three by the second week. Also, I will be taking Cycle Assist,
Animal Pak (51 pack, woo lol), and 500mg Taurine for these "pumps". My PCT will be Creatine+Liquid Clomid50/50/25/25 for the four weeks following.
I am a hard-gainer and mainly wanting yall's critiques on my diet. I read on Mitbar's post that the main focus should be towards protein/carb intake versus calories.
7A.M. Wake Up snack:40g whey shake, 1 med. banana
8A.M. Breakfast: 3 whole eggs+3 egg whites, 2 cups cooked oatmeal
10A.M. Snack: 40g
Casein shake

oon Lunch: 1 can tuna+1Tbsp. Mayo+2 slices whole-wheat bread
2PM Snack: 40g casein shake
4:30PM Pre-workout Snack: 20g whey, 1 apple
6:30PM PostWorkout: 40g Protein (20g Whey/20g Casein)+32OZ. Gatorade
7:30PM Dinner: 8OZ. Steak, 1 sweet potato, green salad
10:30PM Snack: 40g Casein Protein.
My workout regime will be posted later today after the Beach!
Any critiques, info would be much appreciated, I read into everything, but no such thing as too much when it comes to training!
