Hey guys,

I've been lurking several forums for quite some time. Finally registered with one that I like. My compliments, great people, great site!

After reading ProjectHatch92's log, and many others I finally ordered my stack, PCT, the whole deal.

I weighed in today at a weak 161lbs. Cut from 175 with all the rigorous military training I've done this past year.
Also went from 1RM of 135lbs(last year)........I know, booo me lol
to 185 today!!! I want to push 205 here in the next 3 weeks. I never focused much on MAXing.

My cycle begins with 4 weeks of Spawn. Start with two capsules a day, then move on to three by the second week. Also, I will be taking Cycle Assist, Animal Pak (51 pack, woo lol), and 500mg Taurine for these "pumps". My PCT will be Creatine+Liquid Clomid50/50/25/25 for the four weeks following.

I am a hard-gainer and mainly wanting yall's critiques on my diet. I read on Mitbar's post that the main focus should be towards protein/carb intake versus calories.

7A.M. Wake Up snack:40g whey shake, 1 med. banana
8A.M. Breakfast: 3 whole eggs+3 egg whites, 2 cups cooked oatmeal
10A.M. Snack: 40g Casein shake
Noon Lunch: 1 can tuna+1Tbsp. Mayo+2 slices whole-wheat bread
2PM Snack: 40g casein shake
4:30PM Pre-workout Snack: 20g whey, 1 apple
6:30PM PostWorkout: 40g Protein (20g Whey/20g Casein)+32OZ. Gatorade
7:30PM Dinner: 8OZ. Steak, 1 sweet potato, green salad
10:30PM Snack: 40g Casein Protein.

My workout regime will be posted later today after the Beach!

Any critiques, info would be much appreciated, I read into everything, but no such thing as too much when it comes to training!

yea I was thinking that.

What's a good, reasonable number?
I'll try to up serving and find more food to make up for the protein lost.

I agree with stalion you got a lot of shakes going on. Do you work a lot and always need to eat on the go or what?

The shake in the morning is fine, I would maybe substitute the banana for a cup of oats. I would definately get rid of all the casein shakes during the day, leave those for night time. So maybe move your tuna lunch to around 11 am, then around 2:30 pm have a chicken breast and some brown rice or veggies.

Glad to see you've done your research. And for the taurine, on my pplex/tren cycle I was dosing 3 grams pre and post workout. It didn't eliminate them, but definately made them more bearable.

You'll find that the first couple of days on spawn your lethargy is going to be pretty bad, or at least I did. If you ever run into that problem, just try eating more carbs. It helped on both of my cycles, especially with the pplex.

personally i believe you should maximize your natural genetic potential before you use a prohormone but thats just me.

other than that, great job with the research...project and stalion pretty muched summed it up!

I hear ya. Thanks Stallion and Project for the advice! Yea I used a lot of shakes because of my lack of time. I still have enough time to get a good workout in though so I can make time for a quick, solid bite to eat.

I'll switch the casein to nights for all that slow-digestion. I need something, my weight fluctuates so much.

Project: I am 20 about to be 21 in July.

if you're 20 i would wait until you are at least 22. your natural test is at its peak right now and you wouldnt want to mess up your hpta functioning. im just trying to look out bro

I appreciate the concern bro. I did order the stuff. I have been back and forth with debating whether or not I should start the cycle.

I know the natty levels are up higher than ever...don't want to mess that up.

We'll see here in a few days

no prob bro just take care of yourself first and foremost. since you're going thru with it, your plan looks legit. since you're a hardgainer, i would try eating more and maybe throw in a cardio day to minimize fat. plan looks good tho

The liquid CLOMID has arrived!! Waiting for the rest of the Stack and all is a go.

I've been getting my diet in order.
Been going heavier on workouts so I feel I'm ready to break through my plateau and make some massive gains!
