Eca stack question....

Alright guys it's time to cut I was gonna use clen but opted to use the ECA stack I was wondering how many times a day do I take it. I know one dose is 25mg ephedra, 200mg of caffine, and 325mg of asprin but I've seen some info that says take 3 times a day which seems like a lot especially the asprin. So just need to know the regiment. Also how long do I cycle ECA stack for? I've also seen legal versions of the ECA stack that have ephedra extract, do these products work as well as real ephedra? Thanks in advance!

Take the asprin by mouth, not really sure what your asking. You can get asprin from any drug, or grocery store. No I don't advil, not sure why your asking that either, LOL.

oh, i just never saw just plain old asprin. always just advil.

Really that's weird. But asprin and advil are two different kinds of medicine. We carry baby asprin on the ambulance and anyone with true cardiac problems we give them 4 baby asprin 81mg a piece

Asprin is asprin aka ASA
Tylenol is acetaminophen aka APAP
Motrin is ibuprofen based not sure if it is a mix or not.
Advil is ibuprofen and asprin
Excedrin is acetaminophen and asprin with caffiene, my favor for headaches(don't use it for a Eca though)

It is there, just go with the store brand, much cheaper, same with the caffiene pills.

I myself will be going back on this as well.

I have Ephedra in 10mg pills, so I am either going to go 30mg in the Am and 20mg in the Pm(50mg), or 20/20(40mg). Tried splitting them before just to small.

you can get away with just EC i found results from 2weeks on 1 off was taking 1 baby aspirin a day and EC stack 3x a day my last 2 weeks on it. Going to jump back on in a week or 2.
