Its pretty good but I like cycle assist by CEL. Just as good IMO and comes in Pill form. AI's powder is nasty but what can you expect when you have so much blended together.

Red yeast, NAC, and saw palmetto are nasty in powder form. If taste is no issue then go for it, i rather go with cycle assist like TO suggested

However if you decide to buy it anyway because it is a good product still the best way I was able to mask it was in a protein shake with milk. Even then it still gave me a bitter taste.

Yeah with the protein its the best way to mask it.

Im thinking Grape juice may do the trick as well have you tried that as well Tyler? Grape is good at masking almost anything

add about a cup of egg whites to my shakes, just seems so gross at times and I ask myself why i wreck a perfectly good tasting shake.

I'm gonna start a cycle here in a few days so i've been loading cycle support for about 2 weeks prior and I have experimented with several ways to take this product which is by far the worst powder I have ever encountered, this is what I come up with.

1 scoop of cycle support, 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter and mix powder into PB extremely well.

then lightly blend that into your protein shake leaving the PB and cycle support mixture in small chunks, so not combine the cycle support with whatevere liquid you use in your shake.

hands down best way I come up with
