I'm gonna start a cycle here in a few days so i've been loading
cycle support for about 2 weeks prior and I have experimented with several ways to take this product which is by far the worst powder I have ever encountered, this is what I come up with.
1 scoop of cycle support, 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter and mix powder into PB extremely well.
then lightly blend that into your protein shake leaving the PB and cycle support mixture in small chunks, so not combine the cycle support with whatevere liquid you use in your shake.
hands down best way I come up with
