Hey,i'm just on my 4th day of my 20mg dbol only cycle.

I did eat a normal breakfast (Oatmeal,Proteinshake och some protein biscuits),then maybe 3 minutes after i blowed my nose, and my nose started to bleed,so i held my head up high so it should stop, but when i was in the bathroom i started getting dizzy and white in my face,my eye-vision started getting blurred,so i supposed it was the bloodsugar that gone low,so i took a piece of sugar and held my head low to get some blood into the head.I got better but still got some headache (maybe just beacuse i havent drinked more than a proteinshake and a half a glass of water.

I dont have Diabetes, and even if i would,a diabetes person wouldnt even get low bloodsugar after 3minutes after your breakfast!?

Is this common for Dianabol,i mean ..i'm only in day 4..should i stop or go on?

Sorry for my sucky english etc,i just wrote this in a minute or so ..

sounds like you may have gone hypoglecmic(sp)

now as far as the cycle goes, yes you should stop it....why? because ORAL ONLY CYCLES ARE BAD.....and you are running a relatively low dose of that oral....just do yourself a favor end the cycle now, you wouldnt even need to pct but if you do just run clomid for 2 weeks at 25mgs ed

Well its hard to say you were hypoglycemic b/c you didnt actually check your sugar. Chances of your sugar being low after eating are slim, especially since you ate all those carbs. The nose bleed, headache, and the dizziness leads me to believe that your blood pressure is high. I know that one side effect of dbol is hypertension, plus it doesnt sound like your running test w/ it so it would make even more prone to side effects. Hypoglycemia? Not likely, but I would start getting your blood pressure checked. You named all the clasic signs of a new onset of hypertension.

True, but maybe this is something that has been coming and the dbol pushed it over the edge. It's really hard to say b/c I could assess his vitals, but just going off his signs and symptoms i would say hypertension. I have never seen diabetic problems cause nose bleeds and it wouldnt be all of the sudden it would be a gradual weakness. If his sugar was high then I would expect a headache. Its just hard for me to believe that his sugar is low after eating all those carbs. To paint a better picture I would like to know his age, bf%, medical history. Maybe the dbol had nothing to do with, but since he was taking he thinks it did. I love medical unknowns, lol. This is why I like being a paramedic b/c figuring out things interest me.

haha, his headache issues is prbly because he tilted his head back thus making is nose bleed go backward instead of out. Thus causing some extra pressure.

Yea I forgot to mention that aswell... I dont know why people think to tilt their head back... The blood will run into you esophagus and into you stomach and cause nausea/vomiting. Right way to do it is pinch your nose, and lean your head forward. But I still think the headache is from HTN. Good catch Graves. Notice the star of life, are you a medic/emt also?

EMT-Basic right now, if I do not get on one of the fire departments I am on the list for, I will prbly go for my Paramedic ticket late summer/fall. Gotta get stuff in order before undertaking something like this.

If you jumped up and ran to the bathroom because you did not want to get blood every where, that could have cause the dizziness as well. The change in you blood pressure (orthostatic - sitting to standing)

Does your family have a Hx of HTN (high blood pressure)? A quick office visit to the doc's will be able to find out where you are with your blood pressure. Best thing about this is you dont have to see you primary doc, any one can take it for you so getting in to get it done should not be a problem.

How long have you had your stuffy nose? Are you taking an OTC or prescription for it? Could have dried things out. No bashing here but did you pick it? Have you been prone to Nose Bleeds growing up?

Cool. They wont let EMT-B practice here in Georgia if you want to work on an ambulance. You have be atleast an EMT-I. Deffianlty do the EMT-P if you enjoy medicine, I myself plan on doing med school in the near future, so being a medic has deffiantly helped me.

All good points and questions. Like GRAVES said if you stand up too fast sometimes your body cant compensate for the changes. The nose bleed isnt that big of a deal, but HTN is. Just think of your nose as an overflow tank, when your BP gets too high the small vessels in your nose(capillaries) burst causing your nose to bleed and releiveing some pressure from the circlatory system. Its the same concept as a radiator in a car w/ an over flow tank. When the temp gets too high creating more pressure it forces fluid out of the over flow tank. Stop the dbol, follow up w/ you doc and let him know what you were doing... Dont lie b/c if he doesnt know then he cant fix the problem.

Does your family have a Hx of HTN (high blood pressure)? - I dont think so,atleast not in my family, but maybe in some relatives,i dont know.

A quick office visit to the doc's will be able to find out where you are with your blood pressure. - I will take a time on Monday

How long have you had your stuffy nose? - Not sure, but a maybe a week before i started,it's only one "nostril",when i go out it disappears and sometimes it comes back.

I dont use anything exept Whey,multi-vitamin,carbs,EAA and now dbol.

Have you been prone to Nose Bleeds growing up? - No,i havent got it often in my life to be honest,i had not have any nose bleeds up to age 14 or something..i have maybe once/twice a year but when i have em,i feel dizzy and my heart going faster, nothing like this morning tho.

But shouldnt i have any increased blood presure with 20mg a day?,i mean i dont have any "hard" headache,my head just feel warmer and a little heavier than normal.

I dont know if it's the blood presure,i mean,it's only 1 nostril and it's when i rip the "scab" from my nose then it starts to bleed, then fastly it builds a new so it stops the bleed..

Or should the nosebleed just begin without me doing anything when it comes to blood presure?

If the nose bleed is due to to HTN then yes it would be out of the blue without doing anything. Just go to the doc to be sure.

Up here in Massachusetts you will hardly ever see an EMT-I. If it was more popular I would prbly take that route for a while. But up here people usually jump from EMT-B straight to EMT-P. Lots of BLS trucks up here with 911 contracts, but FD ambulance rescues are usually ALS, some BLS.

And why go around saying I am an EMT-Intermediate, when with some more studying I could call myself a ParaMedic ( no need to add the EMT at all). Most people I think only think that there is two levels without I between B and P

Well, stop picking it and let it heal.

Still go get the BP check, better to be safe than sorry. Better to get in under control and stay in check now, then latter on and have to do it with meds.
Takes seconds to do, in and out.

Didnt know you could go straight from B to P. Like I said you can become a B down here, but cant work 911 on an ambulance. Some Fire depts. may hire B's. Yea if your able to do B to P then I would deffiantly do that instead of doing I. Good luck w/ what ever you decide.

I am 24 and so I want to get all of this done while I am still young... You are only 27 so you are still young too. If you have college under your belt chances are you have many of the RN pre-reqs out of the way. You could do your RN in a little under two years. Or you could become a paramedic and bridge to RN. I want to work hard while Im young that way I can live easier when Im older and so can my family. Good luck on whatever you decide. RN's make really good money, so if I were you I would do it.
