Okay...now, I don't want to sound stupid, but I've been working out for alittle over 12 years, I mean not consistantly until now, but I've always stayed in shape.
I've also been a huge believer in doing things naturally, so I never really did anything other then your standard Amino's, protiens, blah...blah...blah...
So this is all new to me, so forgive my ignorance on some of these things.
I do have a question in reference to taking a PH or actual steroid.
Since most of or if not all PH or steroid is all anit-estro, and messes with your adrenal glands and is supposed to raise the amount of testostorone/hormones in your body, when you come off of your cycle and you begin your 4-6 week PCT, what happens when you come off your PCT? Is the true purpose of PCT to keep the gains you made while on your cycle or is it to repair damaged liver and other things?! Or is it both? I mean I'm sure it's both, but considering that PCT's are also supposed to surpress the estro levels and block cortisol production, when you come off of them, are they going to go right back up again?!?! or are you supposed to continue to cycle the rest of your life?!
Sorry if this sounds confusing, but I just don't want to begin a cycle, get bigger, do the PCT and then in 6 weeks, develop gynecomastia or my estro/cortisol levels jump up again and throw everything off.
