i found this website, it is pretty good in my opinion, please take all of 5 minutes to read up on just the basics on this site before you post anymore questions that can be simply researched

I bet it took you 5-10 mins to find those articles LIFTBIG. I just wish others would invest the same time doing the same before asking the same q's over and over.

Ran a small cycle of Synovex the test/est. cattle implant.

What I learned:

Even small amounts of pure estrogen can teach you a big lesson.

hi im starting my first cycle which consists of sus250 and deca i was wantin 2 no a gud dosage as there r many recommendee on d net i dnt no which 1 to chose. im 6.1 bout 11half st and 21.help wud b great cheers

Don't mean to hijack this thread man so if I did --- sorry.

I am on 1st cycle of 250 test cyp and 200 decca every 6 days for 8 weeks. Should I go longer on the cycle? it is day 3 -- when will I feel a little grrr? What can I reasonably expect for this? Thanks. I am 225lbs. 5'9.5" and work a split routine 5 days:

Routine

Day 1=back/ arms/abs/30 mins cardio -- heavy

Day 2= squats all day/ abs/ 30 mins cardio -- heavy

day off

Day 3= bench/ flat /incline/decline/abs 20 mins cardio--heavy

Day 4=leg sled/ traps work/ abs 30 mins cardio -- heavy

Day 5 =arms= tri's/bi's/forearm -- pump max reps -- 20 mins cardio

2 days rest
