i'm plannig test and decca for my first go around wich test, is recommended to use so i dont retain water or dont you realy have that problem with test?

test prop, but dont run deca your first go around bro that is some intense **** right there. get some oral turnibol, same as dbol with less water retention.

that was so ****ing stupid of me to say test and deca for starters the truth is i need to research other anabolics before i decide i realy only ever read up on testoterone was never realy interested in any thing else but i do like your suggetions. thanks for the help.

Wouldnt run the Decca with your FIRST cycle bro . Harsh oral and should have more knowledge of gear b4 using Decca IMO

Test=bloat

All test causes bloat but you can run adex during the cycle at .25mg eod to help it.

as gringo said it happens its a part of usage.
there are procedures to minimize these effects but it will always happen.
lesser bloat you need prop at maximum dose of 400mg p/w, tren, var and pretty much anything that does not aromatize.
