i,m new here so first let me say hello everyone. i have a ? and i hope it doesnt sound stupid, i'm looking in to starting mt first go around of some test and maybe some other gear, but when you guys use or started using anabolics do you stop using supplements such as creatine , l-glutamine and so on and just supplement with protein. or should i also continue using my other supplements. once again i hope this is'nt a stupid ?

Keep using them like you would have before. How long have you been training? How old are you?

i,m 38 ive been lifting on and off for 8 yrs use to be pretty serious then started slacking but now i'm starting to get back to it pretty heavy now this time i'm gonna not slack cause i think that if i would have stayed dedicated the way i used to be, buy now i would have some pretty serious size. but i guess you live and learn.

That's true, live and learn. But besides that don't make steroids your easy way out. By that I mean if you haven't hit a plateau yet, don't get on them. If you wait until you plateau then your gains will be even better.
