the typical dosage is like this, 25mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine/325mg aspirin,
take 3x a day, was what i used and it works really well, however taking a dosage late in the day will make it hard for you to fall asleep, cycling during the week is a good idea, your body can and will build up a tolerance to both the caffeine and the ephedrine,also the aspirin can be hard on your stomach, so starting off at 2x a day is a good way to start, space them so your not taking them within 4-5 hours of each dosage, pre workout or pre cardio is a good way to take the stack, drink plenty of water also,
