alight well i want to get this right. Im not going to lie, i smoke everyday. No cigarettes no drinking nothing like that, but weed helps me eat alot more, but some people say not to smoke cause blodd pressure is high from roids and smoking weed makes BP go even higher. It wouldnt be a problem for me to stop as i take the gym more serious than smoking,but what do you guys think?

well i`m not against hitting on ol marry jane, but there is a bit more than just high blood pressure that comes from smoking the dragon, but if you can quite anytime, then stop and try and eat more without it,probably eat a better diet, when i got stoned when i was younger i just ate what ever was in the house, mostly shit food, besides that was always tired after,, so if its bodybuilding then weed everyday probably isnt such a good idea. but hey rock on man

I would suggest moderating your use to like 1-2 times per week and not more than a couple of grams or your best alternative would be stopping altogether. If you are going to smoke occasionally I would suggest using a vaporizer. Alchohol and rec drugs are counterproductive to bodybuilding period. I don't buy the justification that it allows you to eat more because you usually just wind up eating a bunch of shit at least I did when I smoked. And I don't care what anybody says about how productive they are when there stoned, weed makes you lazy. The only reason people feel like they are more productive when they are high is because they can't function without it. I don't drink or do rec drugs ever, on or off cycle and I haven't for a couple of years. However, I don't stand in judgement of anyone who does. Although I think that if you feel that you are serious enough about bodybuilding to use gear then you should probably put booze and drugs behind you. All that being said, IMO occasional marijuana use is still much less toxic and much less detremental to your health and your physique than occasional drinking, particularly binge drinking. As far as its effects on testosterone production and estrogen, IMO if you are on cycle neither should really be a major concern as A. You won't be producing any endrogenous testosterone anyway, and B. You should be controlling and monitoring estrogen levels anyway. Anyway thats just my 2cc.

I've probably smoked it a hand full of times and it made me feel lazy. I agree with triddy about the people who need it to function also. I'm not against it at all, hell I wouldn't have many friends or a brother if I was..lol.. I'd say smoke it once or twice every week or two. Everything in moderation isn't going to be that bad for you but smoking it everyday is. I've seen such a big difference in my brother over the last few years it's ridiculous and to think most people don't think it has an effect on them at all. I got news for you....It does! Remember moderation and you're fine.

yeah its hard to eat right when youre stoned, but i do it. It makes a regualr 12oz chick breast and 1cup of rice taste much better when im stoned. But yeah my endurance would prolly be alot better if i didnt smoke, so i def need to take a break.

There is a point where you have to depend on yourself to get the food down, not so much man up and eat, which is basically what im saying, but to assess what reason you can't eat that much food.

How many meals do you eat a day?
How do you space out your macro intake?
Are you eating any foods you like?

its because ive been burning for so long i dont have an appetite unless im high, my body became dependent i guess on marijuana to make me hungry. Im slowly stoping.
