What are some good supplements or drugs to take to prevent acne and estrogen build up when i'm cycling steriods?

im taking amoxicillin high dose to get rid of heavey ache.......due to bacterial crap i caught in the ballys fittness gym.....

Nolvadex will block estrogen at 20-30mg a day, arimidex is the best at blocking estrogen, however it is very expensive ($4.00 for 1mg.) .5mg tends to be enough for one day. But it's cheaper to go with Nolvadex. Nolvadex will help block a little water retention, a little acne and will prevent gyncomastia (girllie titties.) You can also try proviron which is similar in price to nolva, and similar in action, but it actually helps to free up more testosterone (proviron works best with injectable testosterones.)

For the acne, if you try accutane it will go away permanently and not come back (90% of patients did not experience acne problems after use of accutane.) I'm going to take accutane because it really helps with the acne. You need a prescription from the doctor as well as monthly blood tests to check your triglycerides levels. Study about it first obviously, as it's the most potent anti-acne drug there is. Good luck.

Arimidex isn't the best for blocking estrogen... Femera is! And there are other things out there that will work even better... But remember that estrogen isn't always bad

Studies have shown that Femera is harder on the lipid profile and that it decreases the benefits of Nolva by 37% (if I recall correctly) due to the fact it is a stronger drug.

Arimidex would be your better option.

Juse some Proviron every day in your cycle. And just 2 weeks later Nolvadex and/or clomid for 4 weeks. Proviron is an estrogen blocker this wil be just when you ar ussing drugs. Noladex and clomide there are allso a-estrogeen, but this will be just after the cycle.

Cycle

week 1-8 500mg testenanthaat
week 1-8 400mg Boldenone or Deca
Week 1-8 20mg Proviron anti-estrogen

After cycle.
week 10- 14 20mg Clomide anti-estrogen
week 10-14 40mg Nolvadex anti-estrogen

For light attack of acne use a tanning bed x2/week and shower 3 times a day. Use a lotion for repairing skin (tea tree oil).

Ive been on Acutane, its some serious shit.
Your skin and lips dry up to the point of cracking and bleeding quite emmensely.
MUST find a GOOD lip moisturizer.
It also makes some people really depressed and snappy, like really snappy.

You have to take one pill of Roaccutane for each 30 kg bodyweight. So when you weight 90 kg, this means 3 pills

why not take some Vitamin E caps for ur skin..that may help a little.
