208lbs today, awesome to hear man, looks like your kicking the **** out of the weights, must feel good to be busting out of your shirts, buy the way is your wife sick of sewing your shirts back together yet? Mperk, I've been monitoring your progress. Seems everything is coming along swimmingly. Thanks for posting your "experiment" and good job keeping track of the diet. Monster dump I guess so.

it is pretty funny - I've never ate so much in my life! - sadly i have to buy new shirts - save the old ones for my sonny boy - hahahaha

Thanks for stopping by - yeah it is an experiment but I've got some great help along the way. So far so good.... and yes monster dump - good thing i weigh in after 8 am! hahaha

Hey dudes;

I'm at day 46 out of 96 so almost officially halfway thru. It's all good so far - only downside was the nipp thing (mostly gone now) and some acne and too much energy & libido (hahaha) Pinned the test last night in my glute - went smooth even tho they are sore as hell from the Sunday leg w/o. i am lovin the fast recovery period and also the sense that my body is operating as a well oiled machine. Got to get a bit more cardio in - only doing it once a week tops. weight is 207 today lookin for 210 in a week or two. The toughest thing is to eat enough - especially protein _ i'm shooting for 275 - 300 gms - usually hit closer to 250.


Great work out this am - did "Misc muscles" don't really know where these fit in so save em for their own day.

Traps
Trap Shrugs on the standing calf machine
20x180;14x300;8x405;8x495;12,8 x550 (holding these till my calves scream)

Smith Machine shrugs

20x90;12x180;8x230 - did these with straps back & front positions (6 sets in total) I think my arms are longer now!

DB shrugs
5 sets 10x70

Hammies
Lying Ham curls
14x180;2x12x220 (dropset no resting) 50reps x220down to 40

Standing leg curl
5 sets 10 reps x 55 each leg (one at a time)

Adductor

5 sets 10 x 150;130;120;120; 100


looking forward to chest tomorrow - getting some nice striations can't wait to pound the incline DB press!

hey bro,
not sure as i`ve heard of "Misc muscles" before , but i get what your saying, i kinda did a bit of that tonight myself, i`ll have to pencil it in the training book for misc. muscle day.. just wondering about the protein thing, you add in any shakes during the day or before bed? you probably have said so before,just don`t recall, just cant believe with all your calories that your only getting in 250grams of protein? looks like your right on target with your weight goal tho, only need to add another 3 pounds and you`ll be at 210 and only half way through your cycle, i would think more like 215-220 with all the progress.. looking good bud

^^^ hey mike thanks for stoppin by - Yup i prolly do 2 shakes a day - the post workout one is the best - i do 2 scoops of whey, 2scoops of a mixed protein (supposed to go for 6 hours, casein, whay & soy I think) and the mix of the waixe maise that is so popular now. I try to sown it within 15 mins of finishing the workout - sometimes i drink it in the shower at the gym - Hahaha - I bet some of the guys there think I'm nutz!

here's a coupla workouts last 2 days:
Wed
LEG DAY
squats 7 sets - is that too much?
15x90 warm ups 8x115;8x 155;8x185;6x225;8x225;10x155

Reverse lunges
10x180;10x200;6x230;6x230;6x180 giant set 180,135,90,50 - 30reps!

leg press (Technogym)-
the real one was occupied by some weightlifting chicks way more brolic than I
10x260;10x280;8x300;8x300

Lots of energy so followed up with Bi's and Tris - got an incredible pump - Yahoo!


Thursday - Back
Assisted pullups
4 sets 8-6 reps @ 80

Real pullups
5,3,2 w/ body weight - (damn those are getting harder as the BW goes up!)

Dips (bad idea - tris burnt yesterday)
10,8

Cable pulldowns
10x130;10x160;6x190;6x210;3x230; giant set (230 down to 90) 34 reps no rest

hammer strength lat pulls Got a call from work at the gym and was really angry - so got in a lot of high intensity reps! hahaha
12x 90;10x125;5x145;10x135 * weight per arm

techno gym Vertical tractions (new machine!)
10x130; 4 sets 5x170

Excellent "pulling" back workout today felt really pumped.

And now i sit on my butt all friggin day long! hahahaha

oh - down to a measily 207 today from 209 yesterday! guess i took a big dump... hahaha

looks like a killer leg workout bro,dont worry about the weight reduction, could just be some water reduction or could be you had a killer sex workout last night, maybe burned some extra bf,, you stud!!

Dudes - it's Friday ! at last

Pinned my butt last nite - damn it's hard to reach the left glute with the right hand! wish i was ambidexterous!

tODAY I HAVE OFF - NO GYM NO HOW. i'M STILL SORE IN MANY PLACES - GOING TO GIVE MYSELF 48HOURS BETWEEN WORKOUTS TO RECOVER..........whoops caps lock.

Why would I laugh at those weight man? They look good, on the calf machine where you were doing shrugs how did you do so much more than barbell.550 is an ungodly amount.

I'm sure you're not surprised to hear me ask this, but where are the deads?
