^^^ hey mike thanks for stoppin by - Yup i prolly do 2 shakes a day - the post workout one is the best - i do 2 scoops of whey, 2scoops of a mixed protein (supposed to go for 6 hours,
casein, whay & soy I think) and the mix of the waixe maise that is so popular now. I try to sown it within 15 mins of finishing the workout - sometimes i drink it in the shower at the gym - Hahaha - I bet some of the guys there think I'm nutz!

Excellent "pulling" back workout today felt really pumped.


And now i sit on my butt all friggin day long! hahahaha
oh - down to a measily 207 today from 209 yesterday! guess i took a big dump... hahaha
