Well im new to thsi forum and decided i would log my 1st cycle so it will also help me keep track of things. In the last year ive managed to put on 68lbs naturally. i used to weigh 127lbs 12%bf, the most i weighed was 193 15%bf. Im currently recomping before my cycle and my weights down to 183lbs 13-14%bf. My goal is within the next few weeks to get it down to atleast 12%. Anywase i will be running test-e from BD(500mgs a week, mon, thurs, pin)10 weeks, and D-bol 30-40mgs Everyday for weeks 1-4. Im hopeing to put on atleast 20 lbs of solid muscle. Hopefully dont gain to much water weight. Well im starting here a few weeks, so ima keep updates on here about my recomp and such over the next few weeks little by little, but when i start my cycle ill post pics and stuff and i will try and be very detailed. Hope some people follow along and throw some advice in there!
