Well im new to thsi forum and decided i would log my 1st cycle so it will also help me keep track of things. In the last year ive managed to put on 68lbs naturally. i used to weigh 127lbs 12%bf, the most i weighed was 193 15%bf. Im currently recomping before my cycle and my weights down to 183lbs 13-14%bf. My goal is within the next few weeks to get it down to atleast 12%. Anywase i will be running test-e from BD(500mgs a week, mon, thurs, pin)10 weeks, and D-bol 30-40mgs Everyday for weeks 1-4. Im hopeing to put on atleast 20 lbs of solid muscle. Hopefully dont gain to much water weight. Well im starting here a few weeks, so ima keep updates on here about my recomp and such over the next few weeks little by little, but when i start my cycle ill post pics and stuff and i will try and be very detailed. Hope some people follow along and throw some advice in there!

Bench around 280-295lbs somewhere in there.
Squat 425lbs
Deadlift-405lbs
Military press-225-235lbs

500mg is fine but you might want to run it for 12 weeks. Run the dbol at 40-50mg for the first 4 weeks. If you don't want water retention you could run provrin at 50mg for the whole cycle or run adex at .5mg eod if it gets bad. If you count on gaining 15lbs of muscle you'd be good and anything above that would be a bonus. Start your pct 2 weeks after your last injection of test.

the BD test E comes as 250mg's per ml with 10 ml's. so i know what Birdman is talking about the 10 week cycle. 12 weeks would be nice but that means a whole other bottle and he would only be using a quarter of it with a shitload left so it might not make sense for him if hes concerned about $$. If he does get the other bottle he can run a 15 week cycle

yes i did lol....tho not all is muscle, but i got stretch marks all under my armpit and starting to go down my tris and bis to prove it lol...i said Body Fat went from 12-15%. Anywase, i seem to gain muscle fast. That 68 lbs i put on wasnt even a consistent 8 months. Theres been weeknds in there were i use to get drunk and not eat right all weeknd, and sometimes i would just take a break and not go to the gym for like 3-4 days and then bounce back. But since i put on so much weight, it made me intrested in bodybuilding..which now im obsessed with! so my plan is to run this cycle...then cut up for a comp a few months afterwards and see how i do!

Today was shoulders....ive been doing fat burning routines. I start with 20-25mins of cardio then do giant sets with hardly no rest to keep my heart rate up. It seems to be working good so far.

And yeah everyone said for 1st cycle 10 weeks is plenty(alot of people say only 8 weeks for 1st timers) alot people also say after 8 weeks nothing really happens anywase...you hit the peak of the cycle. and dbol people said to only start with 25mgs and it will give awsome gains tho i plan on running it 40 mgs ED

Good luck with it bro. Your fortunate enough to be in a country where its easy to get. its almost impossible in aus. sounds like you going to be a big unit soon,

thanks and yeah i here....but i actually know a source that has a guy in aus. to get from...cheap and legit.And thanks again...hopefully you guys will follow along and can help me cross any bridges i might come across....and throw your 2 cents in there!

Todays off day...weight down to 180! starting to notcie more def. in shoulders and tris.

been a few days but weight is down to 180 morning, tho i seem to be getting bigger,my strength has gone down cause the lack of carbs. Hope to start here in about 10 days....i think i may try and run it 12 weeks. Im so excited!

alight well i plan on taking the next 7-8 days off,still do cardio. I fgured im bout to put my joints and such under so much stress i need to take some time off to be sure im good and ready for my cycle. My plan is when i come off this breal is to rain hard and heavy one weeks...then start my cycle. Anyone agreee with this??anything else i should do? thanks
