Had a good leg workout yesterday, amazing pumps, it Was painful, but in a good way. Anywho, did shoulders today and could tell strength is up. I did 185x9 BB shoulder press,full range of motion, all the way down to my chest and up,after going to failure once on DB shoulder press and once on BB press at 160. So thats awsome. Def getting a little bigger and fuller already. 198 this morning day 18
