ladies and gents,
ive been lifting for quite some time and used a range of supps. Ive decided to try out some PH mostly just as an experiment. Ive got some Methyl 1-D which I know I will be flamed for buying but ive got it now so im gonna use it. Now ive heard alot about PCT and stuff for PH so i was just wondering what you guys thing I should do in terms of PCT or any other precautionary stuff.
