FIRST CYCLE.... GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK!!!

I have ran several PH cycles in the past and think I am finally ready for the real deal.

Just a little background ive been training hardcore for about 4 years now and consider myself experienced. I train 5-6 days a week my diet is 8-10 meals a day 5- 6 are whole food. I am currently 6'1 205lbs

I will be running an 8 week cycle of Test E. I will be front loading 500MG's the first two weeks (250 on Monday and another 250 on Thursday for the first two weeks) i will then be starting Tren two weeks into the E. Which i will run at 50MG's EOD for 6 weeks. Ill then be waiting two weeks after the end of the cycle and will be running nolvodex and trib tet for about 4 weeks...

Any imput as far as results any unique experience will be greatly appriciated

you say your front loading 500mgs of test e for the first two weeks what is the dose the rest of the cycle?? youd be better of extending the cycle to 12 weeks at 500mgs test e weekly i would forget the front loading

youll also need some clomid for your pct, run for at least 4 weeks at 50 mgs daily

do this

1-12 Test-e 500mg a week, split into two pins mon/thurs
1-4 Tbol (unsure of where u should be mg wise, but i'd say about 25 to 50 or so)
EQ at 600mg a week

that should be a good start

need better pct, your missing clomid.
you also might need something for the estro due to tren if you run high amounts such as adex brono/cabas.

the cycle that Zack recommended u would be very efficient, and will be happy with the gains.

test and tren would be a good cycle, i think it looks good, just get some clomid and hcg for your pct

Ok so in reading everyones replies. I am going to keep my cycle the same. I may just drop the tren all togeather becasuse i am not too sure of it i was just refered by an experienced friend who has had good results.

As far as pct I am going to throw clomid into the mix. So does Nolva Clomid and Trib sound good if anyone has some recomendations of how much of each to run it would be greatly appriciated!

Quick question about PCT. I was told that between clomid and nolva they both do the same thing but nolva is the stronger of the two... Would there be problems with running just trib and Nolva or is clomid a must?

not to be an ass but if u dont know what nova and clomid do and how important they are then u should not be even thinking about cycle.

Nolvadex is most commonly used for the treatment of breast cancer in women, while clomid is generally considered a fertility aid. In bodybuilding circles, from day one, clomid has generally been used as post-cycle therapy and Nolvadex as an anti-estrogen.

After a cycle is over, the level of androgens in the body drop drastically. The body compensates with an overproduction of estrogen to keep steroid levels up. Estrogen as well inhibits the production of natural testosterone, and in the period between the return of natural testosterone and the end of a cycle, a lot of mass is lost. So its in everybody's best interest to bring back natural test as soon as humanly possible. Clomid and Nolvadex will reduce the post-cycle estrogen, so that a steroid deficiency is constated and the hypothalamus is stimulated to regenerate natural testosterone production in the body. That's basically how the mechanism works, nothing more, nothing less

NEVER USE HCG IN PCT!!! IT WILL MAKE UR NATTY TEST LEVELS TAKE WAY LONGER TO COME BACK!!!

Interesting...any medical documentation to back this up or a source for where this came from. I have heard this before but can't seem to get any concrete studies. Hook me up if you can please.

no hcg durin pct agree with zack.
pct doses- clom 50 mgs daily for four weeks then 25 mgs daily for two nolva 40 for 4 weeks should do the job
