Gear effect the measurment of body fat?

i got my bf tested last week and i was at 15% just wondering if this is correct because i can still see my abs, atleast 4 outta 6 lol.

it was a step on scale where you put in age, height and i think it sends a electric pulse threw the body not sure.

those bf testers suck man. the last one i did told me i was 28% then did calipers a week later and was actually 15%. dont beleive that scale your lower than that.

Yep then that would be bioelectrical impedance. If you are retaining extra water that might throw it off.

same here at 15% i saw a four pack, and i didnt even train abbs.

forget those electrical bf reader wat ever they are called,
Its send currents through your body which take the shortest route from one point of your body to the other, not goin through your whole body head to toe

The best ways for a BF test are calaper method 7 point...or hydrostatic. ANything else is BULL

I'm right around 14-15% and i can still see my abs. I train them every workout tho... must have strong core for strongman :)

Agree that hydro is best calipers are only as good as the person giving them.
