ok guys, i'll be doing a cycle of epistane starting tomorrow God willing. i already got it all planned out so i don't need any advice. however, you can chime in if you like if you have a suggestions/constructive critisism.
i will be posting my cycle. i'm going to try to write what i take everyday but forgive me if i don't have enough time to post a day's log entry. i'm a busy mofo. i will also be posting my meals for everyday as well as my training and any experiences i'm having that may be related to my cycle.
for those of you that don't know, epistane is an over-the-counter product so it is 100% legal. it is marketed as a pro-hormone but infact, it is actually AAS!
here's my cycle.
i will be pulsing Epistane. the reason i'm pulsing is because this is my first cycle and i don't want to be experiencing some of the side effects that come with taking it every day, i don't have the money to be spending on liver support and all that, and i don't want to spend money on an expensive post cycle thearapy. don't worry, i've done my research and this is a pretty safe way to go about doing it.
so for those of you that don't know what pulsing is, it's basically taking the compound 3-4 times a week or every other day at a slightly higher dose instead of taking it every day. it takes twice as long to gain this way. there are several benefits to cycleing this way. one, is, since i'm going to be taking 30mg of epistane 3 times a week, i'm not giving it enough time to shut me down (I'll still be shut down a little but nothing compared to an ED cycle). so in other words, by cycleing this way, i will have verry little shutdown. also, my liver is going to be a lot more relaxed than if i were taking 20mg everyday for 3 weeks. if i did a streight cycle of epi by taking it every day, i would have to run liver support while one, and for post cycle, i'd have to run an anti-estrogen, testoserone booster, cortizol blocker, and i really don't have the money for all that. with pulsing, since you get very little shutdown, i'm really only going to run Post
Cycle Support by Anabolic Innovations for my PCT. it's got the hawthornberry extract in there for your blood pressure, test-booster/estrogen blocker already in there and plus it does things to bring your libido back to normal (horney goat weed). by doing a streight cycle for example, if someone gained 12lbs in 3 weeks, by pulsing, you'd gain 10lbs in 8 weeks or so theoretically. so since i'm pulsing this oral, i'm able to take it for more than twice as long. slower gains like these are more likely to be kept than the faster gains anyway. so i might end up keeping about 8lbs of lean mass in the end. let's see.
so this is my cycle
this week
Tuesday - 10mg Epi before workout
Thursday - 20mg (10mg before workout, 10mg after)
Saturday - 30mg (20mg before workout, 10mg after)
and then i'll just stay at 30mg for a week and a half or so and if i feel the need, i'll bump it up to 40mg.
so it's just gonna be 3 times a week. that's it. for 8 weeks. i'll probably have some Epi left over from doing this way. that way, i can run 2 cycles with one bottle. MAYBE. i won't be doing another cycle for a while after this one. i wanna give my body some time to recover.
for PCT 8 weeks from now,
Post Cycle Support
2 caps in AM, 2 caps in the PM for 5 weeks
does anybody think i should run it for longer? we'll see.

i'm currently cutting but i'm going to be switching to a bulk phaze just for the cycle and durring post cycle thearapy and then, God willing, i'll go back to cutting. i'm 10% bodyfat right now and shouldn't gain much fat while on Epistane so i figured i might as well go all out. i WILL be eating as clean as i can though.
i want to be having
4500 calories daily
around 380g of carbohydrates
about 255g of protein
and about 80g of fat
right now i'm 5'4, 171lbs at 10% bodyfat
i hopefully will be doing low intensity cardio twice a week for 30 min.
and this is my split right now

Tuesday - Shoulders/Traps/Abbs
Wednesday - Bicep/Triceps
Thursday - Legs/Calves
Friday - Off
Saturday - Chest
Sunday - Back/Calves
