i will be a cripple tomorrow. i want to so bad. and if i'm not crippled, i'm gonna throw myself down a flight of steps.

yeah i really murdered my quads and hamstrings this time. i've never went this hard on leg extensions in my life. i felt like tom platz. drop sets to failure on leg extensions are one of the most brutal things i've ever done but it felt soooo good. i'm gonna do it again next time God willing!!!
i decided to do a little less volume than usual on the heavy compound movements so that i would focus a little more on burning out on the leg extensions. still went pretty heavy and my weights are up considering my reps were a lot slower than last week as well.
so if i did explosive reps, i would've done more weight. but since my joints were hurting, i decided to do slower reps so that i could reach failure at around 4 reps on squats with maybe 10lbs less. i know i shouldn't squat that heavy if my joints hurt but i felt i needed to go heavy again today just to beat the monstosity that i did last week.
so yes, the joint pain is still here. not sure if i'm gonna order more
animal flex.
oh, and i counted all the pills and it looks like i'm gonna have to buy another bottle.
i wanted to run it for another 4 weeks but i only have enough for 1 1/2 weeks.
