that was a bad analogy
i take it 30-45min before workout.
i still DO eat the pre-workout meal.
and when these supplements tell ya to take it on an empty stomach, what they mean is wait 1.5-3 hours after a meal to drink it (depending ont he density of the meal)
they don't meal don't eat anything and take it first thing in the morning and go workout that way. that's how people get the shits!
oh, and by the way, i've read other people's epi pulse logs and many of them didn't start gaining until around week 5
