alright
i think today is the third day in a row at 40mg.
feel great. no sides besides crazy libido boost and lethargy is doing much better.
i have a new side effect however...night sweats. not a big deal. my sheets are pretty wet when i wake up in the morning. and no it has nothing to do with my increased libido.

strength is up yesterday and today and my shirts feel tight as hell so i know my arms are growing. still weighing the same though. that's the weird part.

today - chest

flat dumbbell bench press
1x17 50lbs
1x10 60lbs
1x8 70lbs
1x6 80lbs
1x6 85lbs
2x5 85lbs
incline barbell bench press
1x8 135lbs
1x6 145lbs
1x6 150lbs
1x5 155lbs
Seated Incline Hammer strength press
1x12 1 plate each side
1x12 1 plate and 1 dime
2x8 same weight
1x7 same weight
flat dumbbell flies
1x20 20lbs
1x15 25lbs
2x12 25lbs
Cable Flies
1x20 30lbs
1x15 45lbs
1x15 50lbs
1x12 50lbs

i have no excuse for my weight being low. my bench press sucks even though my chest is big. don't konw why but i went from 80lbs dumbbells x6 to 85lbsx6 so strength was up yesterday AND today. just a little. great workout. i got a massive pump right from my first warmup set with 50lbs dumbbells on the flat bench.
still got that aggressiveness.

no rage
no lethargy
feel great!

decided to start working out 6 days. not sure if i wrote that in yet but it's because my recovery time is fast as hell!!!

oh, and another thing...muscle soreness is reduced by like 40%

they say if you take it before your workout on an empty stomach, it increases strength?

I've never been entirely comfortable with my stomach being totally empty before a workout, though yeah a lotta pre workout supplements suggest u take them on an empty stomach before u workout. How long before your workout do you take the epi?

an empty stomach before a workout is pretty much useless imo. u need that food for energy. pre-workout supps ain't worth it anymore. food's where it's at.

why would u smoke crack when u got the good coke right there? haha

aaahahaha
that was a bad analogy

i take it 30-45min before workout.

i still DO eat the pre-workout meal.

and when these supplements tell ya to take it on an empty stomach, what they mean is wait 1.5-3 hours after a meal to drink it (depending ont he density of the meal)

they don't meal don't eat anything and take it first thing in the morning and go workout that way. that's how people get the shits!

oh, and by the way, i've read other people's epi pulse logs and many of them didn't start gaining until around week 5

I agree to this one as well as never been confortable taking anything harsh without some food in your stomach to soak it into.
