They might have something to do with it. From what i've read a lot of people more than less complain about lethargy while on epistane. Might consider use of a stimulant like caffeine.

The aggression/anger might be a cause of the lethargy and the ups you feel, when you drop from the general feeling of wellness, it might cause you to feel flustered or whatnot.

yeah i see

ok, these are the workouts you guys missed so far...

saturday - chest

flat barbell bench press
1x20 95lbs
1x12 135lbs
1x10 155lbs
2x6 185lbs
1x4 205lbs
1x4 225lbs
1x3 245lbs
1x2 255lbs
2x4 225lbs
Chest Press (hammer machine)
1x20 1 plate each side
1x12 1 and a dime
1x10 1 and a quarter
1x8 1, quarter and dime
1x7 same weight
drop set 1x7 same weight and take off a quarter each side
incline hammer press
1x12 1 plate
3x8-10 1 plate and a dime
machine pullovers
1x20 2 plates
3x12-15 2 plates and 2 dimes
pec deck flies
3x12-15 ? frgt weight

overall, this workous SUCKED BALLS! it was the only bad workout i've had so far while one epistane.
for some reason, incline dumbbell presses and any type of freeweight and machine flies does nothing for me anymore. it's weird.

and i also didn't eat enough before the workout cuz i had no appetite. probably from the epistane but this is the only day where the loss of appetite was a problem. usually i can get all my macros in.

i used to flat bench press 225lbsx6 and 245lbsx4
i was also 176lbs then and fat.

sunday - back

deadlift
1x8 225lbs
1x4 315lbs
1x1 405lbs
1x10 315lbs
Wide-grip front lat pulldown
1x20 80lbs
1x15 100lbs
1x15 120lbs
1x12 140lbs
3x10 160lbs
1x8 180lbs
Seated Cable Rows (lightweight)
4 sets (fogot weight and reps. i think i got up to 180lbs. light weight)
Close-grip Pulldowns
4x12 120lbs

don't ask me why this workout isn't properly planned. but it worked. it worked very well. i felt really good and it was a very good workout.

however, next time, i'll warm up better on deadlifts. i was weak on the deadlifts that time because one, i was dehydrated cuz i didn't drink enough water silly me. another reason why i was weak on deadlifts is because i switched from under/over grip to over/under in an attempt to even out my lats. just gotta get used to the grip.

next time i will warm up better too before a heavy lift like that.

today - shoulders

standing barbell front press
1x20 45lbs
1x15 65lbs
1x8 95lbs
1x6 115lbs
1x6 135lbs
1x5 135lbs
1x2 145lbs +2 cheat reps
seated barbell front press
1x10 95lbs
1x8 105lbs
1x7 105lbs
standing dumbell front raises

standing side lateral giant sets (slow reps)

incline dumbell rear laterals

seated reverse flies on the pec deck

and that's it
very short rest times again so that's why weights are low. i don't go too heavy on shoulders. i get the big more with volume. and no shrugs today. i don't work traps every week. no need to. actually i don't even need to work them. they grow like weeds even just doing presses and laterals. but i like to touch up on them once and a while.

good shoulder day and i looked huge and really pumped and dry in the gym today. felt good.

oh and don't ask why i did both seated and standing FRONT barbell press. i just go by instinct so...

40mg epistane today

i'll tell you guys how i feel on 40mg. uh oh...hahaha

You guys think it would help anything to take N.O while on epistane like superpump 250 or something? coz that might help with lethargy come workout time.

hmm....
there's no rage today
i spilled a bowl or rice which would normally make me flip out (even before i started this cycle), and i didn't even get mad.

i also waisted 3 scoops of true mass because it spilled on the floor. oh, and get this, i also waisted 2 pills of epistane cuz i dropped them in the toilet (don't ask).

yo, i'm not playin' this all happened today.
usually i wouldv'e hung myself by now but not even a little anger. man this is super weird.

yeah i'm having a bad day today so far....acutally, now that i think about it, it's funny as hell

first i spill a bowl of brown rice on a carpet (didn't care. just picked it up and still ate it lol. mmmm hairy. then i spill my true mass all over the kitchen floor. 3 scoops waisted. that would normally piss me off cuz money is tight. no biggie. cleaned up the mess and made another one. it would've been HILARIOUS if i spilled that one too.

and then i took epistane in the bathroom cuz i didn't have water in my room and i dropped 2 pills in the toilet. no biggie. just grabbed two more.

this shit is hilarious. why am i so clumsy today? lol.

maybe it's only when i'm lethargic that i get the rage.

actually, my mom screamed when she saw me spill the rice and she was cursing and spittin' mad. not me.

just came back from the workout so i'm not lethargic right now.

oh by the way, i won't be posting everyday's meals because i pretty much eat more or less the same thing every day. so no need to get monotonous here.

well, i'm saving that for PCT. i build a tollerance to caffeen so when i come back on caffeen, i want it to actually work lol. same with creatine and nitric oxide. i build a tollerance to those as well and eventually become desensitized.

Glad I was able to catch this log. I'll definitely be following along on this journey. I will be attempting to learn from you as well for my own reference! I do have one question for you Kenney, if you don't mind. I remember you discussing in another one of your threads that you feel you are genetically prone to gyno. Is this something you are concerned about when taking this PH?? Reason I ask, is that I myself am genetically prone to gyno, and due to this I have always refrained from even doing much research on the topic of PH's and steroids. Any how, didn't mean to hi-jack your thread here. But just wanted to ask you out of curiosity for my own future reference. Thanks bro.

With gyno in mind, what do you guys think about the claims that some guys make that epistane diminished or relieved gyno?

i would like to know this also since my epiotren will have 8mg of epi and 30mg of supposed tren in it.

epi along with havoc are supposed to be anti e's themselves. would like to see kennys experience with it.

I have seen logs where it has worked. There a very good thread on AM with pics and everything. Now given that most prohormones do have an estrogen surpressing effect so inmost cases most prohormones can not cure but at least give the effect of minimizing Gyno. I have a lso seen threads of people going back on Superdrol just to reverse Gyno.

thats some crazy shit right there, going back on sdrol to reverse gyno. i suppose you dont have it during sdrol but delayed after it so it kind of makes sense.

Yeah I lot of people did this during the trial and error stage. 05/06 I believe most of the Delayed Gyno came from people using AI as PCT or in junction with a SERM which is bad news because that will destroy estrogen which is not a good thing. You need a little.
