Yup, very common. When I did Epi I went from 220 to 216 overnight. Was very lean for the first couple of days.

estrogen is a hormone that somehow causes you to retain water right? correct me if i'm wrong. that would mean that women store way more water than men right?

epistane is an anti-estrogen in a way so.....

anyway, i didn't loose any strength yet so it's not muslce that i lost.

about the waterweight, this is why a lot of people's joints hurt while on epistane/havoc. water lubricates your joints.

yeah i looked super ripped yesterday. my abbs were clear as DAY!!! and i was also VERY full.

today i woke up a little flat. although that's probably diet related.

Big Bowl of Wheaties w/whole milk
10oz orange juice
2 scoops of whey

10 mg Epistane
Workout

meal 2
2 Double Cheezeburgers
10oz orange juice

10mg Epistane

meal 3
3 scoops of true mass

meal 4
3 cups of whole grain pasta

3 scoops of true mass

2 scoops of whey

can of tuna
glass of diet juice

same shit today for diet. i just wanna say that my metabolism is crazy so don't thing that because eating 2 double cheeze burgers post workout works for me, that it's gonna work for you.

workout - Quads/Hamstrings/Calves

Leg Extension

1x20 70lbs
1x15 115lbs
1x15 145lbs
1x15 160lbs

Leg Press (FULL ROM, ALL THE WAY DOWN)

Hack Squat (ALL THE WAY DOWN)

1x10 105lbs (what would be 135lbs free weight)

Barbell Stiff Legged Deadlift

Seated Leg Curl (slow reps)

crazy workout. intensity was up. i had no mercy on my hamstrings today. i burned them like i never have before. if i did what i'm doing now to my hamstrings a couple weeks ago, i wouldn've thrown up for sure. but since i've been doing a lot of drop sets, i'm in really good shape right now.

nothing has changed as far as how i feel that's related to epistane. i felt kinda moody today. everything annoyed me and when i was using the vacuum at work, the extension chord kept getting tangled up and unplugging the damn thing so i threw the hose. not sure if it's related to my cycle but i'm usually an angry person like that. felt really lethargic today before work. but i think that could be related to my suicide leg workout. oh trust me dude, it was insanityx10.

tomorrow is no work and no workout, no epistane. complete rest day God willing. so it's just eating.

hopefully, on saturday, i'll bump it up to 30mg before my chest day!
