alright. one thing before i start this...i eat what i can afford to eat. i'm a little low on cash atm cuz i got some things to pay. so i'll be drinking a lot of shakes.

today's meals

8:00 - Meal 1
Big bowl of frosted mini wheats
10 oz fruit juice
2 scoops of optimum nutrition whey protien

big meal so it took a while to digest

11:30 - 10mg Epistane

12:00-2:00 - workout Shoulders/Traps/Abdominals

Meal 2
3 cups of whole grain pasta
6oz chicken breast
10oz fruit juice
3 scoops of true mass

meal 3
3 cups of whole grain pasta
3 scoops of true mass
water

meal 4
2 scoops of ON whey

meal 5
1 can of tuna
16oz diet cranberry juice

Calories - 4060
carbohydrates - 451g
protein - 255g
fat - 137g (oops haha)


don't worry i have a fast metabolism

good workout. i can definalty notice something different. although i don't know what.

strength is down cuz i've been off creatine for a while and it's finally starting to wear off.

the reason why my weights are so low is that i wait very little time between sets. also, i pre-exhausted my delts with the side laterals. i get better size when they're already fatigued.

great workout

one thing i noticed today is that women were 10x more attrative than usual. i doubt it's the epi cuz i only took 10mg.

also, i think i MIGHT feel that overall sense of well being or the "on gear" feeling. but not sure. all i know is i felt good today. a little tired toward the end of the shift but that is usually normal.

keep in mind, i was still smoking. after so long, i was happy to see i was still repping 135lbs x4 on the bench press. my dad knows bodybuilding so he pushed me hard and i was always a hard worker even if i did not want to do something. this is before we ever had a gym membership so we were working out in our attic. this was about 1 year and a half ago. after the workout, i ran downstairs to the toilet and threw up after a CHEST workout. that was literally the last time i ever smoked (except that week where i smoke a few cigars. i didn't inhale though).

and the rest is history.


in about a year i went from 112lbs to 160lbs. and after that year, i got up to 176lbs. that's the heaviest i've ever been.

and now, i'm taking supplementation to a whole new level. but only because i think i learn really quick and i have the experience with bodybuilding. i found out what worked for me pretty quick if you think about it.
