Glad you had such a good experience, it's made me wonder about experimenting myself.

All your lifts have increased quite a bit, do you think that was all the epi or was that more you trying alot harder knowing, you were "on" something?

Any ideas what ph you might sample at christmas?

Good luck with your pct, remember to keep your protein and healthy fats high and limit the cardio.

hi, my goal wasn't to turn naturals into users with this log. if that's what's going on, i'm sorry.

umm...i think a lot of my gains had to do with my higher calories. so i feel epi did contribute to my gains but a lot of them were from eating more. that's the thing. i should not have done that cuz now i don't know how much of that was epi and how much wasn't.

by christmas, i wanna research M-drol, s-drol, havoc, trenadrol, tren extreme.

i might try the havoc/tren combo or m-drol. we'll see.

i found a source at my gym that's legit that sells SERMs so for next time, i'll definatly have some clomid especially if i'm trying something harder like m-drol.
i'm leaning more towards m-drol right now. if i do a cycle, it will be 4 weeks at 20mg.

With the 6-OXO are you gonna up the dosages as the weeks progress, or maintain at 3caps thrughout PCT?

I just wanted to let you know that this truely was a very great log to follow. And I feel you are very right about alot of the other logs you see out there. They are pretty much written by some skinny dudes who just couldn't wait to get to a solid build with food and hard work. So it was great to follow along with some one who knows what they are talking about and learn from someone on this board who I think I respect the most and feel I can compare myself the closest with (dedication, intensity, personality, etc.) I also give you props on showing your progess through documented pictures as well, I will tell you this, I can say for sure that I can absolutely see the changes you've made, not just through this past log, but just almost from the beginning. You really are a respectable guy from what I have read and like I always say, keep hitting it hard, you've got the qualities to go far whatever that may be in life.

well, i was gonna start at 6 caps and bring it down 1 cap a week until week 4, last week, at 3 caps but i need another bottle to do that. i got some more important things to pay atm and i honestly don't think i need it. i don't have atrophy and if i do, it's only alittle even though i know that's not how you determin if you're shut down.

so i'm maintaing 3 caps for 3 weeks. well, i'll probably buy another bottle, you know me, and extend that to 6 weeks.

oh and i bought another cycle support so i'm still using that even durring PCT. blood pressure is still normal! 2 scoops in the morning, 2 at night. that shit taste nasty as hell!

if ur doing a 4 week cycle, taper up to 30mg and do 30 for the last 2 weeks. it'll be more beneficial
