leg workout was good today
here are some of the highlights. this isn't the whole workout.

leg extension (warmup)
leg press - 650lbsx8
hack squat - 315lbsx10
front squat - 195lbsx8
leg extension (drop set) - 160lbsx12 70lbsx10
seated leg curl (drop set) - 180lbsx10 120lbsx12

so weight are up. on leg press, that's 6 plates on each side and 1 25lbs plate for 8 reps. that's more than last week!

and the last time i did hacksquats with 315lbs, i did 8 reps. today i did 10 easy. i could'a did 11 but i had no spotter. and i go all the way down.

not braggin' just showin' my progress for the curious people.

so if i were to come up with a conclution about epistane, i'd say this:

well, i'm up 4lbs and i added 10-20lbs to all my lifts pretty much. so overall, i'm happy with the product. if it doesn't give me any more gains, i'm satisfied now.

i guess i was just lookin' for something a little stronger.

but anyway, i think i might make next week my last week but we'll see how it goes.

i'd like to do some M-drol right around december but i don't think i am because i would not even THINK about touching the stuff without nolva and clomid and i don't think i'll have access to them by then.

oh, and still no atrophy after almost 5 weeks and libido is still up. got back pumps on leg press again. no biggie.

My brother jumped from Epi to Havoc and said he loved the up in fat being "pulled" as he called it from his chest and gut and felt a little "bigger" over all.

Wish I had something other then a cell phone pic but this is him currently. 6 foot and 235lbs.
