Been in the gym for a year now, i have made some good changes, but looking at making some major changes - was looking at my suppliment store and i know the guy pretty well and he has got me starting on week 3 of a 10 week cycle of capsules, with a post blocker for a month adterwards. can anyone look and see any of this looks like a good start or what your thoughts are, any help would be great, the price is not the issue, just wanna make sure it is worth the time and money.

weeks 1-2, 2 per day pre-workout
weeks 3-4, 3 per day pre-workout
weeks 5-6, 4 per day pre-workout
weeks 7-8, 3 per day pre-workout
weeks 9-10, 2 per day pre-workout
(196 capsules total)

$60.00 a bottle, 3 bottles for cycle roughly

The name is "D-Plexx" 275mg per capsule from Sportsline Nutrition

Estra-4, 9-diene-3, 17-dione, 2a, 17a-diamethyl-17b-Hydroxy-5a,androstan-3-one,4-chloro-17A-methyletio-allochol-4-ene-17Aol-3, 11dione, NAC, ALA, Milk Thistle

Blocker name is "Estrogenex" from Hi-tech Labs
3 per day for a month

Again any imput would be great...

Sorry for my poor typing on that one.

Because most people's diets suck and its kind of a red flag when someone is on all those ph's that they don't know what they are doing.

cool, thanks - but no diet is good, protiens are 1.5, carbs are arout 1 - i spent a lot of time getting that part learned went from 275lbs to 240lbs on the diet - it could be a little better but it is ok for now, just not real sure on what all the stuff is and what to pick someones brain that might have a clue - all i have done before is supplements, and lots of protien. thxs for your help

never heard of that prohormone

some really good ones are

havoc, epistane, h-drol, superdrol, m1T.

do some research on these pro-hormones! some are better than others, some give better gains but with more harsh side effects etc.

for some, an "estrogen blocker" won't be enough and you'll have to get your hands on a real SERM like Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) or Clomid.

but if it's a weak pro-hormone like havoc, epistane, or h-drol, a SERM is not required but recommended. you can try something like post-cycle support. this is an anti-estrogen, testoserone booster, and at the same time it does things to bring your libido back to normal.

you should look into using liver support as well. run cycle support by AI. good product. it's got some hawthorn berry extract in it to help with your potentially elevated blood pressure and milk thistle for liver care and a whole bunch of good stuff.

just please read as much as you can before gettin' on these powerful supplements.

jakevendetta and mm1snapper know a great deal about these compounds and have helped me a bunch in the past. you should ask them for help if you need it.

edit: oh one more thing. a cortizol blocker will control your cortizol and enable you to keep as much of your gains as possible.

look up the term "pulsing" for oral steroids/pro-hormones. it's a very effective way to cycle and much safer. the gains take twice as long but you'll experience less of the side effects and have the potential to keep your gains more since they are slower gains.

IMO. If you are going to take Pro-Hormones, you might as well take real gear. The PH's have just as bad sides as gear, if not worse. I would just have a solid diet with lots of protein and hard training.

what do you want to know, i've done damn near every prohormone on earth. just make sure you get regular check ups at your doctors office to monitor your liver and kidney functions as well as your cholesterol. trust me on that one. also make sure you follow your pct to the T. don't slack on it. keep your diet in check and drink plenty of water daily. think about using now liver detoxifier and regenerator. milk thistle is not enough. never heard of that particular pro hormone, however i've used competitive edge labs mdrol, hdrol scivation fenotest and anagen, methyl 1d, and a bunch of others, so if you have questions, let me know.
