hey guys i was just wonderin if you were to tell your doctor you've taken steroids before if the insurance companies could find out and refuse you insurance. i know most insurance companies dig into your medical history so im assuming they would find out and use it as a reasonable reason to exclude you.

Dude they will find any reason not to accept you or to deny payment on a claim. All I did is tell my doc to not write anything down in his little book when I asked a question about it. He a cool guy and knew I was going to do it no matter what so he just helped me out. If you don't know your doc that good it's best to not say anything to him about it.

wow, this is good to know. i did not know any of this.

i guess it pays to have a doctor that monitors you though. he might know a few things that you won't be able to get from these forums.

yeah i experienced that first hand although it wasnt AAS related they denied me coverage after seeing a emergency room bill and digged into my medical history some more. they asked me a few sly questions on the phone and denied me coverage. if i ever get accepted by a health insurance company again i will definitely try not to mention anything about AAS to the doctors. i need to find one thats ok with AAS or somethin lol, i dont want to be prescribed test i just want to be able to recieve coverage if something were to happen to me as a result of AAS, which is wishful thinking

*EDIT*
and what i mean is like a prescription of like nolvadex or clomid or hcg or etc.
