I am on my PCT now going on untill 19-7 and my last pin was 7 of june. I waited 2 weeks before starting my pct. I did a cycle of 500 mg sustanon 400 mg deca. My question is....if i finish my PCT at 19-7 .. how long should i wait before doing my other cycle? cause i am going to do a cutting cycle.

Cycle time on = time off . If you did a 12 week cycle then wait 12. Some people go another 2 weeks or more but you don't have to wait.

I should add that the 12 weeks should start after your pct.

you should have waited 3 weeks till starting your PCT.

the steroid guide line like gringo said is time on = time off which is the best choice for beginners, once you become more wiser and more experienced you will know how long it takes for your body to recover it's HPTA and other functions in order to start a new cycle safely.

Very true!

For me I recovered in very little time, which was sweet cause I was on a 18 week cycle.
