Hello peeps, this is a first time post- and I really do not feel like gettin flamed. When Knowledge is what I need. This will be a little lengthy.
So I have been weightlifting for about 4 years now, most of it was just moderate. Never to heavy and never to light.
I have went from 160 to 185-90lbs. I am pretty sure my body is at 185 period, what I mean by that is, if I just eat normally and exercise.. I will stay at that.. I dont have to do much maintenance to keep my size.
Anyways - I have decided to step into another league. I have often thought about it and have done research many times and even had the opportunity, but decided at that point in time in my life I wasnt ready.
For the last year I have been just maintaining my body weight, and defining it.
I recently checked out a new gym, to which I just moved and just so happens to be that right next to that gym is a supp store... saw they had some max muscle crap in there and knew they had to have ACL tren x etc.
I talked with the Manager/owner and he is pretty big.. bout 225lb and same height as me (5,9"). So i asked him some questions he pointed me in a direction.. I did some research and came back to him.. asked questions about stuff I was reading on forums, he had a rebudle for everything I said. I ended up buying a PH called G.E.T SUS 500.
I have been taking it in combination with milk twislte, bcaa's, protein & a multi. Just started it about 4 days ago.. so all in all I am at 8 pills used.
In the last four days I have turned into a sponge and rather than asking questions I have just read other posts from other people who are pretty much in the same boat.. but dont have a paddle or a clue. They jus grab, buy and take.. no questions.
So since these last four days.. no matter what forum, which site, whatever. The same information is being generated.. PHs = bad news on your body and aspecially for your liver.
Now after all of that, I need to make a decision. I have contacted my good ol friend who has experience with the real deal stuff and have been getting more info etc.
It just erks me to know that some joe smoe who is going to rob the local circle k gas station will get less time in jail.. than a person who is doing something to themselves.
Anyways If I do manage to find a good source.
Test E is the one which should be used for first timers correct?
500mg a week and a kick start oral, with preventice measures, following a healthy pct.
I appreciate any and all info.
