Week 1-12 Test E 500mg e/w
Week 14-18 Clomid 50mg e/d
Arimidex 1mg E3D

is this good or should i change something

yeh it's fine.
i'd add some nolvadex into the PCT, run 40mg ed for a few weeks and then to 20mg till you finish clomid.
take .5mg e3d because you don' really need a'dex, but you might be more prone to some things so e3d would be a wise choice.

The adex is not necessary in my opinion. ONly as an in case you need it.

I just dont think it should be used at all unless you see signs of gyno. And Aromasin is actually better for your health than Arimidex. You could also kick start the first 4 weeks with d-bol if you would like.

arimidex could hinder the estrogen which you need to grow. some say no arimidex and others say to take it. totally up to you man, but do what anthk said and add some nolva for sure.

IMO, don't use adex AT ALL unless you feel your nips itch. You need estrogen to GROW

but it seems to me that people are misguided about arimidex.

straight out arimidex is awsome but only in some cases, in others there isn't much need for it. an example is you are running test e @500 and that to me is not a heavy cycle so the excessive build up of estrogen is a lower %. but for someone who is more prone to it will need it included in a cycle.
i ran sus250@750mg and eq, i needed it. i did not run it whole cycle i only did after the 4th week with a sort of eod, e3d.

as for overkill it's up to him but i would recommend 0.5mg e3d if you want to run it.
