What's up guys. Due to certain events in my personal life i will be singing with the army in a matter of months, or at least until what i want is available. I have made the choice to enlist with the army rangers. I have been lifting for three years now naturally, focusing only on natural bodybuilding and anticipating my first cycle of enanthate once i hit 21. Now that my focuses have changed ( at least momentarily) i have found myself in uncharted territory where running and endurance are key. The question is : What compound(s) can assist me in my goals? I realize it is not a crutch, I just do not want to leave anything on the line and go in the best shape possible. Any advice would be doing me a great service.

Thanks guys

Don't juice. Your going to the military. What if your on cycle and you get called to react to a hostle situation overseas? No time for pct meds, etc... Trust me, i'm a Marine.

Complete the ranger training natty you'll be prouder.

Oh yeah, when your in Iraq, don't shoot at us. Seriously, the Army is the WORST at shooting their own team. The only time i have ever been shot at by American soldiers was by the Army, because they got scared.

who said stop? When/If you ever go to Iraq, i'm sure you'll have plenty of time for the gym. A lot of bros get HUGE in iraq. Just keep up the cardio. I remember in the gym in Fallujah..i trained with some Army ranger, Barret's, Marine Recon, etc... When i was there in 03-05 they sold CellTech up the ass at the PX.

Yea i heard that

As for right now i guess ill stick to cardio and bodyweight stuff. Zomb, do you think it would be beneficial to still keep the basics (bench squat dead) in my training before enlisting?

^ deff keep the strength movements. But i'd also work on core strength. You'll be doing obstacle courses and other shit like that where the gym stuff doesn't help. But in all, cardio is what you should work on the most. They don't praise you for benching 500lbs in boot camp, for the army i believe pushups, running, and situps(full ones) count.

LMAO! Don't forget your stress CARD! LMFAO!
