i have just finished my 6weeks of pct.I started taking 1,100mgs of hawthorne berry daily four weeks ago in an effort to lower my blood pressure. i still havent seen a big reduction down to maybe 138/75 at its highest on cycle 145/80. Was wondering what sort of reductions hawthorne can have on bp ? and how long the hawthorne takes to bring bp down ? Also how long after stopping a cycle does the high blood pressure from the cycle typically take to go down?? i know everyone is different im just looking for a bit of first hand experience to give me some idea. thanks for any replies

the high bp can be caused from bloat after cycle is over it will go back down, hawthorne works very well at 1-1.2g a day, also garlic extract is great im on tren right now and i was worried about my bp but i been takin hawthorne and garlic and my bp has been around 117-126/60-73

yeah i have been off for over 6weeks now so i thought it would have settled a little more but it seems to be goin down. I found that celery seed extract is another good buy for bp probs it got some pretty good results on lowering it in some studies, i picked some up yesturday along with coq10
