do some research but IMO, you should be safe with this cycle.
i havn't done any PH's or AAS but i've been researching for a WHILE.
my buddy did this cycle and the only sides he reported was very minor acne toward the end of the cycle.
that's it! he said no libido loss, no lethargy, no testicular shrinkage, no lower back pumps, slept like a baby. NO GINO! not even breast tenderness. so you don't need a SERM for this cycle but it's always good to have one just in case. 14lbs gain and he kept it all after post cycle! every single pound! of course, this guy knew what he was doing. his diet was perfect 100% as well as his PCT and training. he said the gains weren't completly dry though. he gained a tiny bit of fat. nothing crazy though. maybe 2-3lbs of that was fat and water.
not everyone's the same though. you might experience other side effects. havoc is light AAS!!! it isn't a PH per se. it's not anything hard or anything. but it's worth it for the gains you get and the sides are limited.
