Hi Guys i just thought i would get a few opinions on the difference between PH's and aas.

I am in Australia and it is not real easy for me to get my hands on AAS however i have some M1t and some PH's.

I was thinking of trying to find some stan and doing a cycle.

Would be interested in some feedback on people who have done both PHS and aas. I know there is a lot of negativity about M1t but i have just done a short cycle at 10mgs and seemed to be fine.

Just from research it is very east to see that the negatives outweigh ph's such as m1t. Aas if run properly can be much more effective with very limited signs. If you do happen to go the aas way just make sure proper pct is in order as well as diet and training.

yeah i have some nolva and clomid in transit for whatever route i choose.

gear is always preferred, but if you already have the ph's and have clomid and nolva on the way do ur cycle. Just remember that they tend to have harsher side effects and not as good of gains as actual gear, but I know where ur coming from. Let us know what happens man.

yeah i did 2 weeks on M1t (had to do a short cycle to allow time to PCT before going away this week) and the sides i got were waking up everymorning feeling like i had a nasty hangover which i guessing was from the kicking it was giving my liver.

m1t is so toxic it made me sick as hell, i would get some test, if u cant look into havoc, hdrol there decent for ph with little to no sides

i have a bottle of hemadrol which i was considering hitting up when i get back from holidays. i have read pretty good feedback on it so far.

Cycle
Week 1
Havoc - 10mg for 1st day or 2, and up to 20mg and by the end of the week, be at 30mg
Cycle Support (Anabolic Innovations) - 1 scoop in the morning, 1 scoop at night

week 2
Havoc - 30mg
Cycle Support - 1 scoop in the morning, 1 scoop at night

week 3
havoc - 30mg
Cycle Support - 1 scoop in the morning, 1 scoop at night

week 4
havoc - 30mg
Cycle Support - 1 scoop in the morning, 1 scoop at night

week 5
Post Cycle Support (Anabolic Innovations) - 1 scoop in the morning, 1 scoop at night

week 6
Post Cycle Support - 1 scoop in the morning, 1 scoop at night

6oxo - 300mg
X-lean - 1 cap in the morning, 1 cap at night

do some research but IMO, you should be safe with this cycle.

i havn't done any PH's or AAS but i've been researching for a WHILE.

my buddy did this cycle and the only sides he reported was very minor acne toward the end of the cycle.

that's it! he said no libido loss, no lethargy, no testicular shrinkage, no lower back pumps, slept like a baby. NO GINO! not even breast tenderness. so you don't need a SERM for this cycle but it's always good to have one just in case. 14lbs gain and he kept it all after post cycle! every single pound! of course, this guy knew what he was doing. his diet was perfect 100% as well as his PCT and training. he said the gains weren't completly dry though. he gained a tiny bit of fat. nothing crazy though. maybe 2-3lbs of that was fat and water.

not everyone's the same though. you might experience other side effects. havoc is light AAS!!! it isn't a PH per se. it's not anything hard or anything. but it's worth it for the gains you get and the sides are limited.
