For the first cycle most like to stick to a single compund being that you dont know how your body will react to test. Eq is a great compound for putting on lean mass without little to no water retention, but i think 300mg is a little low studies have shown eq to be more effective at 400mg a week and higher. At 30 you should notice a big difference since your test levels woulf be lower that if you were 20. My first was at 27 and i got great gains. Be sure before you start that you have your pct in order.
