i like to sit with my leg extended so the quads relaxed. quads the go

yeh i just sit in a chair or sit on the bed and pin.

i do it sitting on a chair on my outer tear drop, inbetween my knee and hip in the middle! i tried it standing up doesnt work for me i start shaking lol

Its a different feeling then in the butt too. I can really feel it going into the muscle kinda werid.

yea i feel it too lol, its freaky, i always think i hit a vein but i dont ive only hit a vien once and it was in my quad

stick to the basic's, quads,glutes,big toe. Repeat!!!
